I ordered a dress from here for a wedding, I had no correspondence about delivery or anything and it arrived today.
It’s simply awful. The material is like a cheap Christmas table cloth. There is no shape to it. It’s so thin it could disintegrate at any point and looks nothing like the photos.
When I have gone on the website the returns policy is only for damaged items and is not clear.

Quality of the dress is so poor, nothing like the pictures. When emailed regarding the return label and refund as I’m not keen to keep the dress, I have been sent a generic email with wrong name saying I can keep the dress and they will refund me 50% !!!
