Angebot gültig - aber Preis fast doppelt so hoch?!
Am 8.3.24 wurde ein Angebot mit dem Preis 34,95€/m² abzüglich 12% Rabatt geschickt. "Angebot gültig bis 21.3.24."
Am 15.3. wurde mir - wie erwartet - am Telefon bestätigt und wiederholt, das Angebot ist noch gültig. Die Angebotsdaten wurden auch nach Klick auf den Link in der Angebots-mail unverändert angezeigt.
Da ich online nun einen aktuellen Preis von 63,75€/m² sah, wiederholte ich explizit, dass bei der Bestellung der günstige Preis 34,95€/m² entscheidend ist.
Nach einigem hin&her wurde eingeräumt, dass die Aussage "das Angebot ist noch gültig" sich NUR auf die 12% Rabatt bezieht. Als Preis wird AM ENDE des Bestellvorgangs AUTOMATISCH DER TAGESPREIS STATT DES ANGEBOTSPREIS eingerechnet . OHNE DASS vorher ein Hinweis im Bestellprozess erfolgt. Ohne dass am Telefon auf Nachfrage gleich eine klare Aussage dazu kommt.
