Inaccurate sizing. Ordered two dresses, quality is adequate but sizing is all off. Ordered my normal size but couldn't get dress down over my chest. I waited over 5 weeks for them to arrive and now am trying to return them. No info available in packaging for returns. Shipping service gave me a phone number in Hong Kong? This is bad. Please never order from bocumo. If you notify them, please give them my email. I would be glad to update my review if they assist me in a return...I cannot wear either dress.

Scam website...I placed an order with them over a month ago and it still hasn't shipped. According to the website it's been "awaiting shipment" for over two weeks. I have asked when it will actually ship repeatedly and have yet to receive an answer.

They are very comfortable. Not as soft as I expected but still a new favorite piece.

Delivered in a fair amount of time.

I was worried when I didn't get it but emailed got response and was told because of covid there was a delay I did get my order and I love it fits perfect

Very soft fabric, fits nicely, happy I bought both adorable dresses.

I ordered a dress. I received it within a month. Very thin material. Zipper was broken so I contacted them to return it. They are not quick to respond to emails. They wanted pictures. Now they say they will refund me $8. The dress was $52 which includes the $15 in shipping. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.

*update they finally gave me an address to send it back but shipping cost was expensive so I got a $15 refund instead. I will not order from this company again.

Materials are cheap, sizes are wrong, made poorly.. and took 45 days to get merchandise. Do not use.

I think I got scammed. I ordered over one month ago and haven't received my order. After researching their website, they don't appear to be legit. I should have researched before buying.

I ordered 5 items back on March 6, 2021. As if today, March 24 the status still says quality inspection completed. They say 15-25 days for delivery. The 31st I will move to 1 star if I do not get my paid for product, making 3 stars to be optimistic. Disappointing because the clothes are really pretty but waiting a month for shipment is not worth it. They could do better.

Placed an order almost a month ago and, as of yesterday, my items have still not shipped! My bank account was charged for the full amount the day I ordered. The latest correspondence with this sorry company is that some of my items are NOW out of stock. They have refused to refund my money.

I like it. It’s more of an off white and I wish it was a little heavier fabric but I like it
