Bookcase

Simple, slim bookcase that does exactly what it’s meant to. It fits nicely into a narrow space and was easy enough to assemble on my own. The shelves feel sturdy once it’s put together, though it’s better suited for books and lighter items rather than very heavy loads. The white finish looks clean and blends well with the room. Overall, good value for the price and practical if you need extra storage without taking up much space.

Easy Assembly, Excellent Customer Service

Brought home the Seaford Coffee table with Oak too and black legs. It was delivered on time, with care. Customer service was excellent and they responded promptly to my queries. Took me about 30 minutes to build this. Very pleased.

Boca Living Chest Of Drawers

We ordered in November and only just received the chest of drawers (March). Boca Living did keep us up to date constantly on when to expect the stock and took the money after dispatch, so it wasn’t a huge problem to us, in times like this you have to accept things like this are going to happen. The product itself is brilliant and looks fantastic, well worth the wait and easy to assemble.

Everything went perfectly fine with my…

Everything went perfectly fine with my order! I placed the order for a new chest of drawers on Sunday and received several emails from the delivery company about when I would receive my order. I emailed Boca directly to enquire about delivery time (knowing it would a bit delayed due to Covid); I heard back from their customer service two hours later. The drawers were delivered on Thursday. Great experience here all around, especially considering we're still in lockdown!

Top quality product and service

I made a booking through Boca Living but changed my mind soon after making the order. I contacted the customer service team who were quick to process my refund and cancel the order. Around 5 days later I received the item, despite not being charged. I actually decided to keep the item as upon inspecting it, it exceeded my initial expectations. I contacted the customer service team to bring the matter to their attention and explain how I would actually now like to keep the item and pay for it. As a gesture of goodwill they offered me the item for a discounted price and apologised for the confusion caused. Every interaction with the company has been extremely positive and they clearly put the customer at the heart of their business. Great service and quality products. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Sometimes a cancellation gets in after the order has already left our warehouse, in these situations we normally contact the courier who then returns the order back to us before delivering it but clearly this one slipped through the system! No idea where my order is!

Similarly to the previous post, I ordered nearly two weeks ago and have heard nothing despite emailing/calling several times. The item says dispatched but the delivery company say they have not received the item.

Edit: I have now upped to three stars as this was rectified. They were very helpful following my review on here and sent out a second delivery which arrived quickly.

No delivery, no customer service, no service at all!

We have been waiting for a delivery date. Have emailed and called but have had no response. So my advice in regards to this company is do not use them.
I can’t even say we’ve had poor response we haven’t had any response.

This is an Absolute disgrace of a…

This is an Absolute disgrace of a company told me my chest of drawers was sent out on the 20th of December will be with me in seven days after 10 days of not having them I then rang them and they told me they got lost they will send out a new drawers to me on the 4th of January didn’t hear a thing from them I contacted them again said they didn’t have any stock in I was told on the 11th of January that would be sent out still haven’t heard nothing from them I have sent numerous of emails to them no one has got back to me never answer the phone just got through to them now and have told me that my other set of draws have now been lost to. Two set of draw have gone missing how the hell is this possible I would advise everyone not to use this company as they don’t help you at all , I have had to live with clothes all in the floor 4 week now and they don’t care happy to take your money straight away but don’t help !!!!!!!!!!!

They do say next day delivery but not all items are in stock and have to be ordered in the website was very glitchy this needs to be fixed also my receipt by email said I hadn't paid I was worried about this so tried to contact them the phone which was going to answer phone so so I sent them a message through their contact form I then found them on Facebook and sent them a message they got back to me very quickly and got customer services to get back to me the next day they told me my order was out of stock and would be in by the end of the month and I had the choice of a refund or to wait so I waited by the next week my order was dispatched and was received the next day so I didn't have to wait until the end of the month which was great they give you on site a 20 pounds discount if you sign up with your email also on Facebook now and again they give you good discounts like 20% off wish I had looked on there before I ordered but now know for next time so if you have trouble contacting them definitely use the Facebook route my furniture is very good quality and I've had no problems with it so even with the couple of problems I had the end result was satisfactory

I was a bit dubious about purchasing…

I was a bit dubious about purchasing from them as I had never heard of them and couldn’t find any reviews to see what other customers had experienced. But I was pleasantly surprised with how good the customer service was. Delivery was a little slow but I received the piece of furniture within a week and I love it, the quality is brilliant 👍

Don’t waste your time

They claim that delivery is next day but went to track my order and it states that the delivery company haven’t received the parcel yet. Been trying to get in contact with them for the past 5 days and their contact form doesn’t work. I waited 6 hours for a reply on live chat and no one ever messaged back, emailed counted-less times and still nothing. Seems like this company fake ship orders and refuse to reply to customers. Do not use this website, they will just take your money and never dispatch items

UPDATE:
13th May and STILL no sign of delivery. Shocking service. I ordered on the 29th April for NEXT DAY DELIVERY and it hasn’t even left the warehouse.
