The magnetic clip for the camera failed to arrive having got lost? In the Evri depot at Stoke on Trent. Made numerous attempts to get replacement or refund to no avail. Refused to accept emails from Evri that they had lost the parcel. Tried to pursue it thru the selling agency AliXpress but they were just as obstructive. They put every obstacle they can to prevent you getting a refund or replacement. Answer is don't buy anything from Boblov dont buy thru AliXpress, don't buy anything from a merchant that uses Hermes limited trading as EVRI as couriers. Best bet really is don't buy from the Chinese at all.

The package did not have all the parts. No number, only an email on their site. Reported to BBB no response to email I sent.

Much like other reviews only one clip is of practical use and the helmet clip/hook lacks any real rubberised grip so had to use shock cord to eliminate shaking during journey which stabilised image somewhat.
The camera itself is only as good as the definition it captures 1296p or 1080HD, 1080 6-9 hours if battery icon is correct, charging is a bit iffy and left 2 days to a week after full charge did not last 30 seconds even though indicated 2 part of three, however in 1080 with NV of last more than 6 hrs. Camera definition is only generally good and number plates almost always blur even up close between at 10 metres just barely captures enough to read and lower I had keep really still to provide adequate definition for reading layter. 50 for a glitchy batt is a bit much but if you don’t require to proof a driving violation and leave it on had zero issues, selfie mode requires a settings change so what use is a swivel camera without convenience. Writing this cos eBay shuts down feedback after returns date expires.

still waiting on my order and now am forced to file a complaint with visa as we are left in the dark about this order. No tracking number that works either.

I have 9 boblov cameras these are the worst cameras I have,I have emailed customer service and sent videos off the cameras not switching on and off,the customer service keeps fobbing me off saying they are closed all I have asked is to get them fixed,I went to amazon where I purchased the cameras and have gotten nothing resolved

I have started leaving reviews on all social media sites amazon, ebay, trust pilot and other pages because you keep ignoring my emails. I have wasted a lot of money purchasing two cameras where the footage is constantly corrupted and also fails to download onto a desktop and thereby has to let criminals free.
I was thinking of purchasing your F2 K2 wifi my security work, and the boblov M6 4K for my police work, but will not as I cannot trust your cameras.
Boblov cameras Are not for police or professionals
I have had two of the M 7 cameras with the rotating lens, each of these cameras the footage has been corrupt, will not download onto desktop. The company also refused to deal with the issues, and keep making excuses. They also refused to give the name of the owner of the company and the owners email address. As a professional who works for the emergency services I cannot and will not recommend these cameras, they are for children do not buy from this company they just want your money and they will not assist you in any way whatsoever

I use Boblov cameras a lot and have many of there products including the newest M7 Pro.

I have never had any issues with these products and have even been able to buy spare parts direct from them.

The customer service I have received was perfect and they always help as best they can and have never let me down to this day.

I always recommend Boblov as a go to company for body worn cameras and used these in a lot of companies to the point I actually bought my own and now basically buy every model that comes out.

I would highly recommend any issues at all you contact them on Facebook and they will give you great service to try and help any problems.

Will continue to use in the future and wouldn't go anywhere else

Recently I purchase a N9 model, compact and fully functional, BOBLOV is a great brand.

i have been using the Boblov M5 and the night cam was helpful to find out what was diggng holes in my backyard, I set in on a chair and the next morning i saw on the footage it was a skunk but the cool thing i caught a raccoon had found the camera and dropped it on the ground, then it picked it up and walked off the lawn up the backyard deck staris and then dropped on the porch. found it in the morning on the deck and wondered who or waht moved it. Crazy to see a raccoon moved it. Very cool and love the setting it up to see what it records. Very cool for sure!

My BOBLOV is very good. Easy to clip on a jacket or shirt, great picture and sound quality, even at night, long battery life. When I needed a new charger cable, it arrived in about a week, free of charge.

My F2 camera broke bleeping all the time then packed in. This company really needs to trial their cameras before selling. You can’t return because of custom fees. Go for a reputable company the law enforcement are using do a bit of research Boblov are poor quality and not reliable so beware. Software didn’t work either. Use a reliable firm in your own country pay cheap pay twice like me.

No customer service and no one at Amazon knows anything about their products. Product came missing parts.

Boblov did not post the magnetic clip I bought on eBay for £13, with some ridiculous excuse about finding a fault during quality control, offering me a full refund and then discount for next purchase (which never arrived). Of course, they immediately advertised the same item for sale at a much higher price.
As a result, I've now returned the bodycam and second magnetic clip I had purchased on Amazon, and just received a full Amazon refund (£140).
So I've played them at their own game and they've lost out.
One to forget.
I'll go and buy elsewhere...

BOBLOV is pathetic. Had problems with their A22 camera and made me jump through hoops with requested information. Email after email they would not respond. Stay away from this company and deal with a company in the good ole USA. Asian company that don't give a crap. Had to get everyone involved to get anything done, hassle from the start

My Boblov N9 when working was a fantastic performer and I was so happy with it.
Unfortunately, it just started playing up by not recognising and FT cards regardless of brand or size.
Contacted Boblov and they said return it to the factory, but warned it could take a long time and withe cost of shipping probably more economic to purchase a new one.
Very disappointed with the customer service as my Boblov is only 15 months old. I was offered a £5 discount on my next purchase, which I thought very mean.

I bought a Boblov Body Camera several years ago which developed a fault when charging after having used it 3-4 times and I have tried vain to have it repaired.
Boblov suggested that I send the camera back to them in China, which I did, only to receive it back undelivered.
Boblov's back up service is shocking as if your camera develops a fault it appears that no one in the UK has the capability to repair these cameras.

So initially I had some problems with the clips on the camera, Boblov stayed in contact with me and kept in touch. I was getting nervous when I considered how much I had spent on the camera and how important it is to my security. Long story short have to say Boblov turned out to be fantastic and exchanged the camera for me in super fast time. This was about the clips not the camera itself, but still important. Anyway, the lovely Grace gave me her time over and over again and it's all sorted. Having experienced customer support my friends are now going to buy the camera as they can trust this company. Thank you Xiuzia (means Grace in English).

Boblov bodycam is a brilliant device. But customer support is none existent. No legible user manual. No spares backup. I would not recommend anyone buy from this company. I am after a spare replacement battery. None available.

I’ve had several Boblov body cams each time hoping for improvements from previous models. The features are good but the user interface is poor on all of the ones I have had.

I’ve had water ingress and moisture on the inside of the lenses despite them being IP67 rated.

Customer services is none existent and from the few emails I have sent none have had replies. A page on Facebook has a few answers and it seems to have been created by end users who have no joy trying to contact Boblov directly.

I’ve returned the last one as it seemed like a huge step backwards.

I won’t be purchasing any other Boblov products as they are unreliable and customer service is frustratingly poor.

Currently waiting on delivery of another manufacturers product.
