Unacceptable

Unacceptable. They do not respect the order. My order number is 628574. My order was placed on a Canadian website in my country. They charge shipping fee when the order was placed, I accepted it. But when they delivery, you realize you have to pay an extra 20% in customs duty. On top of that : over the shipping fee. That fee was not mentioned during the order. If I had been aware of these charges, I would not have ordered from Bobleisure.

No Customer Service!

Somebody needs to get back to me!! I've tried to speak with customer service for FOUR DAYS regarding order #627489! I have sent many emails and haven't gotten a reply!! I can't find a customer service number to call! I have been trying to have my order canceled since immediately after I placed it!! This is by far the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!!!! I have never been more frustrated with a retailer. NEVER buy from this sketchy, shady business. At this point, I'm wondering if I got scammed and should file a complaint with the BBB.

Bobarschlöcher

My first order went perfectly with a good price and fast delivery. The second order was almost identical and went terribly wrong with unexpected charges due to mistakes (several) they made....but I was told it was all "my fault". They only began cooperating after the shipper, customs, and the original manufacturer were brought into the picture. They are arrogant and unhelpfull. I've made on-line purchases in the hundreds over many years and this was my worst experience ever - never again, so be warned. Bobarschlöcher!

Dont buy here except you know exactly…

Dont buy here except you know exactly what you want and dont intend to return the items. Plus if you are willing to wait for ages to get the gear
They also rip you off in return. Although they say 30 days return (and apparently count the 2+ weeks to get the item) the wont refund the full amount. In addition they charge restocking fees that are not clearly shown on their policies.
Honestly, not a serious business so wouldnt recommend them. If you count fees, taxes etc. They are more expensive than competitors and fool
You with low prices on the website.

BobLeisure does not disclose all fees

BobLeisure is a legit company. I ordered 2 Osprey Trek backpacks, which were priced better than the local stores. They shipped from Germany to Canada and within a couple of weeks.However, during order and receiving my payment invoice, there was no infomation or indication there would be additional charges, such as taxes and tariffs- which was a large amount and a big shock. I wouldn't bother ordering from them again when it would have been much more cost efficient in the long run to pick a local store to purchase the products.

I paid hundreds of dollars for skis that arrived damaged. Bobleisure has been ignoring me for 2 months.

UPDATE - March 03, 2025: After leaving reviews on Trustpilot, the CEO of the company reached out to me, offering me a discount to make things right. He diligently and attentively offered me multiple solutions, listening to my issue and settling on something that was satisfactory to me. He followed up almost daily to ensure I was taken care of. This hands-on treatment saved the experience for me, and I am hugely appreciative of it.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I paid hundreds of dollars for a pair of brand new skis (which arrived damaged) through their Bobleisure website. When they arrived mid January they were left outside my house with the top of the box ripped off and the skis sticking out. The ski tips were rusted, dented, and scratched (pictured). I immediately notified Bobleisure using the email address through which they had been answering my questions before purchasing, but suddenly that address garnered no response. I then used their webform which is specifically for people with product complaints. I was answered by the same AI (John Wick) as many people with issues in other reviews have been contacted by. Just like in those situations, when I replied to the email with the requested photos and information I was ignored. it is now mid March, and I have contacted Bobleisure 3 times and they continue to ignore me. I have contacted my credit card company and they are prepared to do a chargeback for a full refund if I don't get a response, so that is the avenue I will be pursuing. Very disappointed with this experience as I was looking forward to stocking up on ski gear from this company.

3 weeks still hasn't shipped

I ordered a Le Creuset pot from Bob Leisure three weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. Their web site looks questionable, but their prices are very good, so I checked Trust Pilot and saw all of the glowing reviews so I ordered the pot. My experience has been very different than the reviews however. I keep getting strung along about how my order is processing. I just got an email last night where the subject line says "Off You Go" implying that the order had shipped and then in the email it says that my order is STILL PROCESSING. Of course they charged my credit card instantly! I ordered the pot on 12/29/24. It is now 1/19/25 and still nothing! I went to the website today to cancel my order and there isn't an actual email to send a message to. Just automated web forms, auto replies and no-reply email addresses. If I can't cancel the order by tomorrow I am going to refute the charge on my credit card. This has been a total waste of time.

They are so shit

They are so shit. Had to wait 3 weeks almost for my package. They did not respond when I was asked about information about my package.

Return policy “ 1. To ensure any delays we recommend using the FedEx service.

2. As the sender, they are responsible for this shipment.

3. The item must be as new, unused and in the original packaging.

4. To ensure a smooth process in customs, we ask you to attach the invoice to the outside of the package. And to fill out a customs declaration at the post office.

5. Please declare on the customs declaration: RÜCKWAREN

6. please tell us if you want an exchange (in which item) or a refund, put this info with the package.

7. After arrival of the return with us, the purchase amount will be refunded immediately and in full

or the exchange will be processed immediately.”

Extremely shit… would rather pay more then to buy from this shit company

serious site.
all object arrived correctly and in good condition.
packaging robust.
fast shipping.
good prices.
next time better let ship to Germany.

Happy with Service Product, and delivery time

We are very happy with Service, Product, and delivery time! We ordered a baby carrier. It arrived two days later and we really love it. It was clear to us that we need to pay import taxes and this is also absolutely fine as therefore the prices are way better than when you buy from a shop located in Switzerland. With DHL you simply receive an SMS to pay the import tax. Easy and quick and clear communication throughout the process.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Living in Switzerland I am so fed up of this. You order something online, the price is indicated in Swiss Franc, you think it's a Swiss delivery and only after you receive the delivery you realize you have to pay an extra 20% in customs duty. For heavens sake, do it like amazon, sort it out on your end and give me the final price. Or at the very least have the ccourtesy to tell me before I order.

Very good service

Very good service, I ordered my equipment, shoes, sleeping mat, sleeping bag and tent, unfortunately the tent had a defect.
This was replaced very quickly and easily.

Reasonable delivery time, fair prices, super service.
