Can't recommend highly enough.

I placed an order on 16 November and…

I placed an order on 16 November and paid £270.
As of 26 January, I have not received my order.
The company took the payment but does not respond to emails or messages.

I strongly advise others to be careful. If this issue is not resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback and report this case further.

Product never shipped

Product never shipped, it’s been 2 months. I tried multiple times reaching out to customer service, they won’t reply to my emails. They won’t reply on instagram but they will keep posting to get customers to buy. Scammers I would not recommend.

Spent £350 on cashmere fur coat which…

Spent £350 on cashmere fur coat which said it will be dispatched on 14working days , it has now just gone 17working days since I placed my order and I’ve heard nothing … I’ve sent multiple emails to various bobble baby mail addresses yet I have received zero responses .

Scammers

Order never shipped (there was no notification about any stock delays like other comments or anything) and they never responded to my emails and instagram messages.
Positive comments on instagram are apparently from the parents of their little models. Avoid and save your time and money.

Horrible customer service

Ordered the parcel directly to my hotel and paid a lot for next day delivery, bc I only stayed in London for some days. The parcel was delivered to the hotel 3 days late, when I already had left the country.
Tried to contact them 4 times, no reply or any answer. Very bad customer service. Will never order again nor recommend.

Awful!!!!

Awful!!!!! Ordered my daughter a coat and it said 2-3 days delivery. Waited 6 weeks for it age 3-4 which arrived and it was even to big for my 7 year old son. I then returned it wanting a smaller size. They ignored all my emails and all messages on Instagram for 3 weeks. They’ve kept my return and not sent me an exchange.I then raised a dispute and finally got my refund. Awful!

Scam Website

I ordered 3 jackets. Received an email it was getting ready to be shipped. One month and a half later still hasn't shipped. I tried to communicate with the company numerous times but never received a response. Scam website. Im assuming the good reviews here were paid or fake.

ordered a snow suit estimated delivery…

ordered a snow suit estimated delivery one week on the 17th September i’ve emailed several times and messaged on facebook several times. i was told that it was due in 2 weeks ago after a manufacturing delay and no response since. i’ll be contacting my bank as £195 to report as a fraudulent website

I ordered some shoes over 3 weeks ago now and I am yet to receive them after stating delivery would be 1-3 working days. I have emailed and tried contacting them multiple times but I do not get a response. Scammers to say the least

Avoid at all costs absolute SCAMMERS! Ordered 6 weeks ago never received my item and I needed it for an event this weekend, I chased 4 times by email 3 times on Instagram and twice on the website no response to any over the period of the last 2 weeks. I raised it with Klarna who I purchased it with and they refunded me luckily. I don’t think I’d of ever received my order, or money back had I not used Klarna! Absolute shambles of a company, zero customer service, yet they manage to update Instagram every few days with ‘stock’ that they don’t actually have to fulfil. Please don’t bother spending your money here it’s a scam.
