The process started very positive. Was a low pressure approach which I really like. Things fell apart after I agreed to pursue the financing with them. The communication was horrible. Paper work processing was horrible. The loan officer refused to take responsibility for anything and was difficult to reach and get a response from. The only positive was the rate.

Maribeth Pochini was fantastic to work with in purchasing our new (to us) 2018 Boston Whaler. She was honest, responsive, knowledgeable and got us what I believe was a very good rate on our loan. She also assisted with the registration and titling process which was complicated by us living in a different State than the boat was from. She made the whole thing easy and less stressful. Rare traits these days!
