On their order info they allow themselves 5 days to ship (not starting from your order day, but couple days after), but it is likely they'll ship at the last day they specified.
I ordered a boat decal from this company and when it arrived it was placed in a box, rolled losely and was very wrinkled. Their Web site FAQ said the product may be wrinkled but adhere to the surface if installed correctly. I watched the installation video and read the instructions. When i attempted to install, the backing stuck to the decal. I took pictures and then attempted to scrape the backing off. I applied a tack solution to the boat and set the decal. The final product still had backing material attached. I sent the pictures to the company and described what had happened. They insisted that i had wet the decal and would not refund me per their policy and that i was able to get one replacement per their policy but i had to pay for shipping. I did not think that this was acceptable and told them i would dispute the charge. I received another email that said "they would save me the time and refund me and that they were done doing business with me". This company has many reviews on their site and none are negative. There is no way to write a review either so I doubt any of the reviews are authentic.
