I honestly cannot recommend Boardshop highly enough.

Buying surfboards online can be stressful — sizing, volume, shape, construction, shipping… especially when you’re ordering internationally and trying to choose something that actually matches your surfing and goals. Boardshop made the whole experience feel incredibly easy and enjoyable.

From the very beginning, their team invested real time into helping me choose the right board. They didn’t just try to sell something — they actually listened, discussed different options in depth, explained pros and cons, and helped me think through what would suit my level, style and goals best. The amount of consultation and honest advice I received was genuinely exceptional.

Fantastic sizing / volume advice from Ian. The board I ended up with was spot on! The board arrived VERY quickly. The fins did not arrive but they rectified this immediately so top marks on the customer service guys.

Excellent service! the board came the day after i ordered it. It came in robust packaging, so it was very well protected during transit. I love the board its 6ft 6 indio endurance racer. I have now bought 3 boards from Boardshop and the service has been great every time. The boards have all arrived well packaged, with the 2nd board arriving damaged, courier caused damage, but the customer service from Boardshop was great. Will definitely use again as I really rate the Lib Tech boards, great to ride and pretty bombproof.
