watch out free trial
I recently signed up for a free trialand unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing for several reasons.
Cancellation Process:
The most frustrating part of my experience was trying to cancel the free trial. The cancellation button is incredibly well-hidden, making it unnecessarily difficult to end the trial. It feels like the design intentionally obscures the option, which is quite unfair to users who want to make an informed decision without being trapped into a subscription.
Incomplete Software:
Additionally, the software itself feels incomplete. There are several features that are either missing or not fully developed. It's clear that the product was launched without ensuring all its components were fully operational.
Overall, my experience has been quite negative. The cumbersome cancellation process, incomplete software, and malfunctioning AI features make it difficult to recommend this product. I hope the developers take these issues seriously and work towards improving the user experience.
