No communication at all

For me it was the worst I ever witnessed...
1: unapdated warehouse, I ordered snowskate that they don't have anymore it was listed as available
2. Lack of communication: they didn't let me know that is sold out
3. More communication errors: I wrote them after 5 days why they still didn't ship it to me, after few hrs they finally responded that is sold out..like wow u can't let me know B4 I ask? Than offered me other board which I don't want bcoze is much shorter so I ask for refund
4. Even worst communication after maybe ten minutes I wrote that I would be ok with just the subski+ trucks if they have available - no response
5: even worst: after few more days I ask about refund, payd directly from card, they ofered me Klarna refund which I didn't use, at least to know how long will it take, guess what after days still no response...how can u even be in business like this guy's ..

Good but...

Communication was a bit slow when I asked questions beforehand. Also, after ordering the Bubba, I didn't hear from you in couple weeks. Not the best customer experience.

Anyway, I got the board yesterday and now I am happy! It is also excellent that you have those Hovland products ready for order. Not easy to find them.

Sent faulty ESC speed controller to Exway x1, and customer service ghosting or MAYBE 1 mail per day with some random bull

Sad to see this review. We have followed and answered your questions all along eventhough your item was purchased half a year ago. While you write we are trying to find the reason for the error since it can be connected to both electric peaks in installation process and due to a faulty battery or even damaged charger.

This place is SIIIiCK!!! Keep stocking Carver stuff and I will keep buying it here! I recieved my order like, 2 days after placing it and customer service answered my questions pretty fast too! Shop here! I totally recommend!
