Both my pens quit working a week after I bought them. Don't know if it was a factory default or what but they don't work.

Contacted them multiple times inquiring about parts pods, attachments foir a CFX+. Nothing, no reply, crickets....
Seems to be one of those companies who choose not does do customer support anymore.

My Tera from Boundless Tech. doesn't work with any batteries but theirs and one of the spares I bought from them actually caught fire. Fortunately the flame on the battery was immediately put out or there could have been real damage. Avoid!

I got a defective unit. I’ve been trying to get them for over a week now and no response. They finally replied and sending me a brand new unit no hassles thank you.

Shit products. Will never buy again. The pen hardly works right. Coil fell apart after a few uses. I even got 2 pens and they both were the same.

My experience was excellent, exactly as described.

They are scammers, they have several names for trustpilot, because of many red stars. Since last year I try to get my refund.
I paid June and July, unsubscribed for August, my SEO check them, all fake. Money back guarantee-it is a lie. I gave them some time, then asked for refund. Emma Wilford is support agent, always promises the refund will be done. It is almost a year, I didn't get refund, nor backlinks.

2 stars is generous, I really should be only giving one, but I genuinely love my Spectrum. HOWEVER, just like the majority of the reviews say: the battery life on these pens is bulls**t. Well, at least the ones that haven't very obviously been paid for or written by ai.
I clean my spectrum every day (sometimes every other, I'm lazy,) I treat it with care, and keep it fully charged; this "maintenance" regimen has kept my device in great condition (knock on wood.)
Up until recently, my only complaint was the actual PRICE of the coils (Ceramic, NOT QUARTZ,) but I accepted that I would pay a higher price for a consistently good product, so I always purchased them directly from the Boundless website.
About three or four months ago, the same exact coils I had been happily ordering for months started to fail on a more regular basis; several of them would only heat on one side, which rendered them less effective but still useable in a pinch, but several didn't heat AT ALL.
So unless I get lucky and one works, or I just keep using a burnt ass coil for awhile, I can't use my Spectrum pen at all.
I no longer recommend this company to my friends, but rather forewarn them; the "consistently good" product I've come to rely on has now (generously speaking) reached "inconsistently good."
When I contacted customer service about this, I didn't get any reply until the third time I sent in an email; they told me to SHIP THE COILS BACK TO THEM, knowing damn well you should not ship used coils like that. PLUS I'M NOT PAYING ADDITIONAL MONEY TO SEND THEM THEIR OWN DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

This company will not get back with me on a product that will not work. Have left multiple messages. Customer satisfaction is not on the agenda I guess. Products are trash if they can’t stand by them as far as I am concerned.

What went wrong this time you ask? It would have been easier to ask what went right? Because the answer would be absolutely nothing! The warranty stated on the website and the warranty on the packaging contradict each other and basically prevent boundless technology from having to replace any of their faulty devices. The dirt pan I purchased states on the box that the warranty covers manufacturing defects and boundless technology will replace or fix the unit provides a one-year limited warranty on the unit and a 90-day limited warranty on the coil. In addition, boundless technology claims it can only honor warranties for merchandise purchased on their website all others need to return to the place of purchase. However, curaleaf dispensary in Cuyahoga Falls tells me they won't replace it. It's a bunch of double talk from both of them. Bothcura leaf and boundless technology continue to rip people off while making a fortune.

Will not honor their warranty on a product that didn't work out of the box. Followed all of the required steps and they said too bad, it's been over a year. It hasn't. There are many Vaporizer companies out there with great products. This isn't one of them. Shop somewhere else.

The battery life absolutely sucks and the light to indicate the battery is dead is near impossible to see if you are using the pen you need someone to watch for the flashing light. Would not recommend buying one unless you really like the portability.

This device is trash. You have no heat control even though it claims it has 3 different settings. There is 1 setting for them all, really hot. It does an absolutely terrible job of maintaining heat unless you constantly inhale the entire 5 mins. The poor battery life will hinder any smoke session, you might as well and buy 4 of these to get any use. Its hard to clean, you have to break down the entire piece to clean off all the reclaim. It has a ton of little nooks and crannies to try and clean, whoever TF designed this piece should probably rethink their whole profession, because it sucks. Last but not least, its hard to hold after a minute or two. There is zero hand protection, you will probably burn your self at least once or twice. I honestly didn't know that they could make such a bad piece of equipment.
Boundless is a term I would use to describe their stupidity.

Great idea, but there are a lot of flaws with this. I really wish I could return this as it definitely feels like a waste of money. The battery life is terrible and takes a very long time to charge after it dies. You will only get about 4, 5 minute heating periods before it dies so you essentially just have to rip it non stop before it dies. You also have to put A LOT of force into getting anything out of it. And even then, the intake you get for a long inhale feels absolutely abysmal compared to the effort. Product is also not the easiest to clean and of course you’ll have to buy more filters specifically from the company. Better as a paper weight as this thing is bulk and heavy. It’s literally tipped my bong over multiple times while sitting on my table attached to the neck. DO NOT BUY!!! Terrible company as well. Not transparent about their business and definitely overstate the usefulness of this product. They should be embarrassed.

Horrible longevity of devices, my terp pen broke after not even 2 months with proper maintenance and to use the warranty I'd have to cover the cost of shipping which is a whopping 1/3 of the devices cost. Stay away.

SCAM ALERT!

I got an error message at the checkout and I tried again, only to realise I've been charged multiple times! I haven't received a confirmation of my order or heard back from the company.

edit: I heard back from the customer service department and they told me without confirmation they can't do anything. Despite providing screenshots of the charges. They charged me 4 times and then told me there's nothing they can do and I should take it up with my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The boundless products I've used have been next level quality. Along with excelling in vapor quality and design, the customer service team is always a pleasure to speak with.

I don't think this company is real. I've been trying to contact them for over a week about my newly purchased vape (DV8) but never hear back from them. I've completed several contact forms, sent emails, commented on their YouTube and heard nothing. I regret buying from them

Boundless is a fraud. They lie to you and their warranty doesnt hold true. They had me ship in a broken product and told me they would replace it and never did. They contact through emails the whole time then ghosted me after 2 weeks no response from them still to this day. They had me spend money on shipping for no reason and left me screwed! There products aren't even good and went through 3 in less then a year. Do not purchase from this business!
