This company is a fraud please do not buy from them you won’t get a refund when they send you the wrong part £450 and I still haven’t got the right part these are not German they have latched on to it the parts are not Bosch there fake please please please don’t buy from them
Poor service. Part has been stuck with DHL since since 16th Sept. Tracking number info says delayed. Still have no part and have had to send multiple emails to BMW Supply. AVOID.
Correct wing mirror part arrived as ordered. Took 11 business days to arrive as opposed to the quoted 8 (hence the 4/5 stars). Responded promptly to my email enquiry about expected delivery date. Price very competitive when compared with same supply-only price quoted by local dealer.
Contrary to the negative comments, I have received a good service. The part ordered was as described and original. I needed to return one item (my fault, wrong part ordered) and there was no issue whatsoever. What is more, I have received a full refund covering postage etc. Good comms as well.
I just received an attempted frudalent transaction from this company. Fortunately, I was able to block it. Never had dealings with this company before but just slightly dodgy that this has happened.
You purchase the products you require, just to be credited back the payment a couple of days later, which BMWSupply don't even have the decency to inform their customers that it has happened, you have to find out from your bank.
So I decided to contact BMWSupply and ask why the credit had occured, only to be told all the items are out of stock and would be for a few weeks.
In those few days of me purchasing the products and my order being cancelled, those same products are still being listed, and no surprise, they have an amazing new price with a mark-up of £140.
Falsely advertising, misleading customers and absolute con artists.
BMWSupply trade under Av AutoParts LTD.
Very bad service. Some parts that I ordered were missing in the parcel and they don't offer to refund.
The company seems to be AV Autoparts ltd
Its a scam website. Not legitimate at all. They scamed me and they not using PayPal at all.
Avoid at any cost.
