Dissolved company

Placed an order on 1st April 2026. Didn’t hear anything until 10 days later when I chased it up. Realised their website had limited details (even though it looks aesthetically pleasing). Read other reviews and realised it was a scam. The company is actually dissolved. Maybe it was legitimate at one point but definitely doesn’t seem to be anymore. Thankfully purchased through credit card so will hopefully get money back.

AVOID. SUB STANDARD FURNITURE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

AVOID. I bought a bookcase. It wobbled. I contacted the company. It says there is no issue despite the video I sent. We have another bookcase in the same area, it's taller. It doesn't wobble. We tried this useless piece of furniture in different places in the house on level wood flooring. Wobble. We bought the item as a room renovation for an imminent hospital discharge so really don't want to return it - when would the replacement arrive (even if one was offered, which it hasn't been).

It's now propped up with slim wood off-cuts. For the amount of money paid it's scandalous.

Awful company - avoid

Awful company. Ordered an item online that appeared available.
No update on the order for the first week.
The second week, I had to ask what was happening. I was told it would be delivered by the end of the week. End of the week came - emailed again to confirm if it was arriving; no response.
Emailed again to cancel, no reply.

I had to go through PayPal as a dispute to get it refunded.

Unprofessional company

Unprofessional company that provide faulty goods and then ignore customer. Highly recommend you do not risk spending your money with this company as they do not obey by the consumer rights act.

It’s a scam!

It’s a scam! Ordered a TV stand from them and never delivered. Every time I emailed asking for a delivery date or tracking number they always said “we are waiting to hear back from our delivery partner”. Fortunately my bank was able to obtain a full refund for me pretty quickly

Don't deal with this company!

I ordered a bedside cabinet but tried to cancei it before it was delivered. They said that was not possible. I returned it at my expense. Then they said they would deduct £50 for repackaging (it didn't need repackaging), storing, administration and other unecessary things. They then asked me which address I sent it to! I suspect they are going to say they haven't teceived it

I now find that my exchange of emails has been deleted. That

Wish I'd read the reviews first

Wish I'd read the reviews first - they are S-L-O-W and I'm waiitng to find out how I can return something which arrived too late. Luckily it wasn't expensive and as I'm not confident I will get the information I require it may end up in a charity shop rather than pay P&P!

Im surprised they sell anything

Emailed and used their online form to ask how much shipping is to my location. Still waiting. No response.
Doesn't fill me with hope if I actually bought something and needed to return or get a refund. Going elsewhere

Awful Quality, Even Worse Customer Service

My item took 5 weeks to be delivered, when it finally arrived it I was shocked at the very poor condition of the item.
It was scratched and broken.
You can only communicate via email, which takes 2-3 days to get a response.
So far they are yet to collect my item or offer me a refund, they are stalling the process by asking for additional photographs and evidence. (They already have 5 photos)

Good company

I was initially unsure whether to order from this company given there is minimal online footprint and no reviews at the time of ordering.

We ordered a set of chest of drawers and bedside tables, which was cheaper on this website than on other sites. After calling a couple of companies, it was clear they were all ordering the same furniture (albeit under different names, unsure why) from the same foreign supplier.

The bedside tables were delivered within 2 weeks via Parcelforce. However, there was a known delay on the shipping container for the chest of drawers. Despite further delays, it took some emailing to prompt the customer service team to keep us up-to-date. We were also unhappy that the final delivery was arranged last minute (24-hr notice) and if missed we would have had to shoulder the cost of arranging a re-delivery. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5.

Nonetheless, the furniture is as described and looks great.

Great company

Was a bit wary of ordering from this company at first as I could not see any reviews but took the chance and so glad I did. I messaged customer service to ask a question regarding the colour of the item I wanted to order and they were really quick to respond. Ordered my large 2 man delivery item which took nearly 2 weeks to come. Very happy with the customer service, delivery options and packaging and of course my item. I ordered the Salcombe slim bookcase in sage. Would definitely use this company again.
