This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not buy anything !
They charged me for a second pair of buds that was never ordered.They just pretend to take enquiries into account with comments on the site. Reality is totally different. Claims are not given any attention, namely with unanswered e-mails after delivery. I even wonder whether they have any after-sales. To avoided by any means !

Order placed 3rd September, now 24th November. 26 emails from blxbuds (lost count of the ones I've sent) still no blxbuds and no delivery date promised.

Probable fraud on order # 2219135276

On June 14, 2022 I placed an order directly with blxbuds.com for a pair of their earbuds. They immediately charged my credit card for $58.94 and claimed that my order was on its way to me. On June 30, 2022 they said my order had actually left their shipping facility. I have texted and emailed them numerous times since then but the only response I ever get is by email and they always claim that my order should arrive soon. I have asked repeatedly for someone to call me on my phone so I can speak with an actual human being. Nobody has ever called me. Today is August 20, 2022 and I still have not received my earbuds and I have not received a refund on my credit card.
