Very unique designs and absolute paradise for monochrome fans!

This company is amazing. The quality of the garments is top notch, the look is super chic, and I will most definitely be keeping an eye out for the next release.

Quality of products are very nice.
Web site is easy to navigate and purchasing is very easy. I have also never had an issue with shipping and also really like the packaging used for the items, I use the bags for travel.

The clothing is top tier, shipping is incredibly quick considering I’m based in Australia. I have purchased pants and two hoodies and they definitely do not disappoint. Would highly recommend BLVCK Paris if you don’t mind spending a little bit of money on extremely high quality clothing.

I will start by saying the shipping was fast even for it being international. The product was packaged well and thoughtfully with an extra postcard and envelope to me. Thank you! I contacted customer support multiple times, but never received any response.
Unfortunately, you should not expect any customer support from this company.

Is this company a complete scam?? I order, they charge me, I get a nice note from their CEO and then NOTHING!!!! No merchandise, no reply... NOTHING!!! I have requested my money back and NOTHING!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Returning items to Blvck was an extremely poor experience. The process is slow, unclear, and unnecessarily frustrating.

Even worse, after exercising my legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, Blvck initially refused to refund the original delivery costs, despite this being a clear legal obligation. Instead, they tried to hide behind their internal refund policy — even though company policy does not override the law.

Only after I explicitly pointed out their legal obligations did they refund the delivery costs. Customers should not have to educate a supposedly professional company on basic consumer law to receive money they are legally entitled to.

This behaviour is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how Blvck treats its customers. It makes you wonder how many customers didn’t know their rights and ended up being taken advantage of. If you order from them, be prepared to fight for your rights — in my opinion, it’s better to avoid the hassle altogether.

Firstly the product range is awesome, high quality and unique pieces with some great collabs.

Then there is the customer service, I was late in ordering a gift and was concerned whether it will arrive on time. Customer service were quick to respond and put my mind at ease. Product arrived with plenty of time to spare!

As others have said return process is a nightmare to non existent. Sizing guide is WAY off online and customer service does not care even if you show them you ordered a size based on their guide. Clothing is over lriced for quality. Would avoid at all cost.

I purchased a bikini set at full price, but it was not described as a final sale on the website during checkout. Who thinks the regular price sale can be on a final sale?. Now, my return has been rejected, which feels unfair, and I am unable to contact or chat with customer service

Completely let down by this sub standard company. I preordered the Harry Potter writing set at the start of November and was told it would be sent early December. No order update, I had to reach out to them multiple times before finally getting a response. The parcel had not been sent and was not going to be here in time for Christmas. Extremely let down and disappointed

Absolute sh*t show if you need to return products if you're in the EU. No response to generate the return label and you can't do it yourself. Plus they ask for you to pay for it, and send pictures of the products... This is all really unnecessary and you can tell Blvck "Paris" is in fact very American in every way.

Great products I have to admit, but the size guide is totally off and probably more suited for the US once again...

Support and dodgy return conditions are killing the entire experience. I will not buy from them anymore despite the good products.

EDIT: Came back to this page a few months after to check that my review was still here, and I realized there are a lot of very recent 5-star reviews from the same days, and from people with only 1 review... One of them even pretends they spoke with a rep while you can't even speak with them. They barely respond to emails and they will take calls? Nope.

Clearly a huge scam at this point.

And piece of information for Truspilot. Blvck "Paris" is US based. Confirmed by the huge delivery fees. They are not based in Brussels.

I previously had a good experience with the company but sadly not this time around. I placed my order over 5 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. Initially, customer service was cooperative, but they're no longer responding. The package still hasn't been sent, there's been no offer of a refund and they're not replying to emails. I won't be ordering from them again.

First of all the design was really good but there was so much negative stuff. Let’s start by the quality, it’s good but not worth 200$ . After, I paid the hoodie 220+20 for shipping plus tax ONLY for the package to show up at my door with an extra 80$ I gotta pay to UPS. And the hoodie was way too large

Having paid $25 shipping I then got hammered $61 by UPS for this package. Not including the shipping that amounted to over 25% the value of my order. Not impressed! And update to that. I e-mail customer support twice to complain and got no reply. Customer service sucks!

Avoid at all costs. I spent $165 on a sweatshirt, which I returned because the fit was terrible. They have had my return for a month and are refusing to provide me with a refund. This company is a scam.
