One of the best things about blur is the opportunity they provide to connect with global brands and international clients that I'd have little to no ability to connect with otherwise.
The blur team provides quality information with which I can build an effective pitch, and they act as a liaison to ensure I've included the information their client needs. On the project side, the blur team does an excellent job of managing the communications with the client and ensuring the timelines and deliverable are on track.
As a global freelancer, I highly recommend joining blur to anyone and everyone who wants to bring their business to a new level of clients.

First, I would make the remark that I admire the technological advance in IT over the last 25 years, and yet I prefer some "brick-and-mortar" aspects of companies I do business with.
Even if the service provider has the best IT solutions in the world, I would still prefer, if the company has some living persons working in real offices whom I could thank or curse depending on the course of our business...
Well, blur Group has an excellent team of living experts, and I had no reason to curse anybody there! Only reasons to be thankful.
Yes, their software is marvelous, their platform, their services, their technologies are wonderful.
But it is the team of experts I am really pleased with. Everybody in their team knows precisely their role and what they should do in order to meet my expectations, be it as a customer or as a registered expert on their platform.

I've been very successful on another service platform, that platform's going away and I'm giving Blur a try. So far I haven't landed either of my bids, but the reason I'm reviewing already is because I'm blown away by the individual, personal attention the Blur team has given me in the proposal process. Great feedback on my recent bid, and the kind of individual attention I didn't expect to receive as a service provider; I'm looking forward to working with Blur on projects.

From a 'blur group' expert practitioners perspective I've been fortunate to have won a few pitches. The process employed in pitching isn't any extra work time-wise than preparing a normal quote for a client. However the agreed sum up front gets straight to the point allowing the pitch to focus on the work... The very thing a designer wishes to focus on.
The work flow break-down (gantt chart) established at the pitch stage is very well designed and automatically tracks the process keeping you right on the mark through-out the whole job.
The blur agents are very on the ball and best of all nice to work with in establishing/setting up a direct working relationship with the client.
On the business side the payment system is exceptional (part payment at the onset of the job and final payment at completion). Although the globalisation aspect of the process is the big WOW for me. Crossing time zones, countries and working on some very exciting projects opens up both the World for you and the ability to hone in on the very work you do best.

We have been working with Blur Group for over a year now. The main thing they do well is, of course, connect us with good customers. That's the basic idea. They go beyond that and my experience in how they facilitate the project process from start to finish is absolutely smooth and enjoyable. They add value to helping the projects get done well without distracting from the process. And they are a joy to work with. (I absolutely love working with Helen; she is easy to work with and professional.)

First time working with Blur and it has been a great experience to work with Blur and Emma (my project manager). They have helped through a rocky start and really have found a developer that was suited right for me. I am exited to work with them in the future.

We had an issue with the original experts and were forced to change web providers in the middle of the project. To their credit, Blur located a much better team which picked up the pieces and delivered an exceptional solution. Hats off to Novation Consulting for outstanding work! Sana and team went above and beyond and even assisted with an unrelated hacking incident in our hosting environment. Even considering the problems we experienced with the first team, I'd highly recommend the Blur/Novation solution to anyone looking at a rebranding project and we'l definitely be using Novation again in the future.

I currently have a project with Signity Software Solutions Ltd. who were contracted to me through BLURgroup. i have to say that this was a match made in heaven. my project is coming along as they said it would without any hick ups. i love the communication between the three of us. Blurgroup keeps you updated and follows every after each conversation which helps to clear up any miss understandings. And as the experts from signity, man!!!! they have delivered on all my heart's desires. keep an eye out for seize the night!

That's my experience with BlurGroup so far. Admittedly, I'm only on my first contract with them (you pitch to win a contract), although I have high hopes of gaining more work.

The process was a bit daunting at first, as it took me a little while to understand what was needed in the detailed 'pitch'; the Project Managers are really helpful (some a little bit more than others), and encouraging. It gets easier!

Once I was awarded the contract, the assigned Project Manager (PM) handled all the details for the initial meeting, setting up the communications Dashboard, and confirming financial transactions. As a self-employed contractor, it's a welcome change to have someone doing that for you.

Ongoing communication is great, with the PM at the end of the phone or email.

There's a good opportunity to bid on interesting, well-paid projects – I have an interesting new client that I'm really enjoying working with, and that I probably wouldn't have found any other way. I'd happily recommend BlurGroup – and have already done so with other professionals.

I just wanted to commend Blur on their excellent service! I was having a problem with my interface and log in. I emailed not expecting a reply, but I was replied to on the very same day. I wanted to particular commend Phill Hirons, who helped me greatly.

I was apprehensive as to whether I was going to use Blur in the future, but from the wonderful service I obtained, I can really see myself using this platform in the future!
