In January I purchased a Blue Whale Huntington beach spa. The team at Blue Whale were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Fiona in sales was there to answer any queries I had, and arrange delivery flexibly around my needs. Each time I have called back with more queries she’s been so patient with me and made the entire purchase experience extremely easy.

I had this spa craned over my house to its resting place and Mark and Edmore (the installation team) were utter perfectionists, attention to every tiny detail and so knowledgeable and informative about the aspects of my spa, they were so well mannered and patient with all of my questions and gave a fantastic intro to the spa.

Then on to the quality of the product itself, my wife and I have been in the spa every day since it arrived, it’s absolutely fantastic, from the Bluetooth sound system to the powerful pumps and massage jets. Everything about it this spa feels top top quality and I am so happy that I chose Blue Whale as my supplier and I fully intend to use Bluewhale for all of my chemical and maintenance needs going forwards

I'd like to thank Fiona for looking after me from day one. Fiona never once pushed the sale and gave me all the advice I asked for very clearly and not to technical.

Very pleased with our hot tub and the support and assistance we received, particularly from Fiona, in making our selection and purchase. I asked a lot of questions and appreciated their patience and expertise.

This is the first hot tub we have purchased. We went to the showroom and recieved excellent guidance and advice from Andrew. The hot tub was delivered on time and the installers were excellent. They ensured the hot tub was in the correct place and explained how to operate it. The after sales experience has been excellent as we continue to enjoy the hot tub. Great hot tub for a great price, and great service!
Fiona answered all queries before and after with no hesitation, and the installation team Mark and Jon did a great job, didn’t turn up until 5 on a cold dark night but didn’t rush, and made sure to explain everything before they left.
Upgraded to this from a wave foam spa and no regrets, used it loads over Xmas and glad I chose these guys :)

I had no idea what I was looking for but after speaking to fiona she made my decision so easy the service from start to finish was amazing the 2 delivery guys mark and John were super helpful nothing was a problem I can't thank fiona and her team enough I've had some lovely evenings enjoying my new hot tub guys thanks again

I cannot fault this company. From initially having the hot tub and not completely understanding how to use it- our fault not theirs - to asking for advice on spares nothing was ever too much trouble. All the staff I've had dealing with have been excellent; helpful, efficient, patient, knowledgeable.

Had my hot tub now since September and nothing but good things to say. Great quality product and service that is always eager to assist. The only down side is that the kids love it too 😂 Would recommend!

Wow what an amazing service.
We visited the showroom and we were made to feel very welcome. We feel we got the best deal possible on our hot tub. Delivery was on the date specified from the beginning and the delivery guys were very pleasant and helpful. The sales team Andrew and Fiona were amazing always happy to help with any questions we had.
Our experience was completely stress free. We highly recommend Blue Whale Spa!!

From an initial interest in BlueWhaleSpa hot tubs, through to purchase and delivery Andrew Brunton was extremely helpful, providing advice and answering our many questions. We requested delivery on a specific day and time to coincide with window replacement at the property and this was also facilitated. The delivery / installation team were also excellent and more than helpful. We ( and the grandkids!) are thoroughly enjoying our new hot tub and highly recommend BlueWhaleSpa

I went to Bluewhale Spa and met with Andrew I must say what a fantastic man he was, no pressure to buy. He went through all the different options for my requirements due to suffering with a bad back. I have had my hot tub now for a few months. I am absolutely delighted. The service received from start to finish/ installation has been amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ann Andreou

Rang this company to gather information about Hot Tubs and spoke to Andrew in sales. Having chatted with him for 10 minutes I decide to buy my Hot Tub from BlueWhale Spa. The process was stress free and everyone I spoke to was very helpful giving excellent advice. I sent a video of the route to bring the Tub into my property and Andrew confirmed they would be able to install it without needing a crane. The 2 lads that installed the Tub were very friendly and gave me good advice on how to run and clean the Tub. I have had the Hot Tub for seven months now and I could not be more pleased with the performance. Anybody thinking of buying a Hot Tub should contact this company. The after sales service is also excellent giving sound advice. James helped me with the controls on my Tub when a message came up that I did not know about. He talked me through the process of going through the menu to resolve the test. Thank You BlueWhale Spa.

So far it has been an easy experience with good customer service. It’s not been easy form them due to a very busy schedule recently, but they was very understanding and couldn’t do enough.

I have now booking in my service and will further update once complete.

The Customer Service is excellent, any time we have needed help Andrew Brunton has been great. The hot tub is fantastic, we're really pleased with the whole experience of buying from Blue Whale Spa and would highly recommend.

We have purchased a Morrow hot tub after visiting the show room. The salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy and offer lots of advice so we could decide the right one for us. Pre-delivery communication was informative, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The tub was delivered and installed by a couple of men. They arrived on time and worked swiftly and skilfully to get the best set up and were very conscientious throughout. I had a couple of queries after installation, and they were dealt with courteously and immediately. I believe they are a very customer focused team.

Great service, delivery, installation - the lot. Can't fault anything about them.
