Paid for a return which was sent back on 3/2, delivered 5/2. No refund as yet and 2nd email sent today. Ridiculous time to wait for a refund!

I will never order online from Blue Vanilla again
I ordered several items but needed to return 2. I followed all the instructions as per returns process given by Blue Vanilla. I was made to pay for this (I understand this is increasingly required) and evri successfully picked up my return parcel on the 17th January. It is now 14th February and 28 days after being picked up I still haven't received my refund. I've emailed them twice and been ignored both times.
I used to think Blue Vanilla were reputable, sadly I do not have that confidence any more.

I really love shopping at Blue Vanilla at the rock bury, the clothes are lovely just like the staff. I do have constructive criticism though…. I hope the store will take on board there are people who are petit and us shorties need trousers that are Suitable for 5ft 3 and under..I saw some lovely beige pants today which I would have purchased but they were literally about 8 inches too long. Also an extra small range would be great too. Hope you can sort it out……

Problematic Returns service
I bought three items which unfortunately had to be returned. I have filled everything in on the website and paid, in advance, for an EVRI collection. I am still waiting for it to be collected (it should have been collected on the 9th January 2025). When I track my package, it simply says 'Pick-Up Request Manifested' on the 8th January and there has been no update since. I have emailed Blue Vanilla for an update but have had no response.

I've purchased about 10 dresses
I've purchased about 10 dresses, 3 jumpers and a cardigan. I am a standard size 10-S/M and they have fitted perfectly. I usually only buy things in the sale, my favourite dress cost me £9. I haven't had to return anything so can't comment on that process.

I ordered 3 items from DPerkins and pay next day delivery, only one item so far has showed up and delivered by blue vanilla , I have had no email explaining late delivery I've had no contact from them I've emailed Debenhams 3 times now and no reply , had I know I would not have ordered

Poor returns service and unhelpful customer service
I ordered some items prior to Christmas but the package only arrived a week later. I had left the UK for my travels by then, and returned only to find out that I cannot return my items as they are outside the returns period.
This would not have happened if not for the delayed delivery. Customer service also was not helpful in helping me return my items.

I would not order Blue vanilla items from Dorothy Perkins website. Terrible return service and no acknowledgment of returned items.
I will not be buying again from the website. Customer service only through watsapp, messenger or email messages sent back saying will have an advisor who will respond within an hour but may take longer! What four hours?

Well I normally buy instore but the item I ordered was in the sale so ordered online, item wasn’t quite what I wanted though it did arrive super quick unfortunately I have returned it and paid postage both ways still waiting for reply to my email so nil points for communication why does it take 14 working days to refund when it’s a BACs transfer I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ONLINE AGAIN
It’s now 14 days I still don’t have my money you have lost a customer

Great customer service. I wrote 2 e-mails to them and they got back to me very quickly to resolve my issue.
Loved receiving the parcel with the Blue Vanilla logo on the front from the courier but best of all, what I ordered fit me perfectly in the size I ordered.
A personal thanks to this company.
I couldn't resist ordering another gilet in grey. They are perfect, not bulky at all and keep me warm indoors too.

I recently made my first purchase from Blue Vanilla and I am very impressed! The dress was absolutely gorgeous and fit perfectly! However, what really stood out was their customer service.
When I realised I had mistakenly selected the wrong size during checkout, I immediately contacted their customer service team. I received a response straight away, they reassured me that they could resolve the issue by updating my order and sending me a confirmation email to put my mind at ease.
The delivery was also incredibly quick. Despite it being a busy shopping period, my order arrived ahead of schedule. I can’t wait for my next purchase! I have already recommend Blue Vanilla to my friends and family!

Exceeded my expectations in every way possible
I needed some clothes for a new job - on trend yet smart enough to wear to work. I first came across Blue Vanilla on New Look and decided to visit the Blue Vanilla website as I liked the styles. I had never shopped with Blue Vanilla before so was a bit dubious, especially after some previous comments on here, however I have to say that Blue Vanilla exceeded my expectations in every way.
I chose the standard 3-5 day delivery, and even though it's one month before Christmas the dresses arrived promptly. I ordered Thursday evening and they arrived Monday afternoon.
The dresses all looked beautiful and to my sheer amazement they all fit beautifully too. I am a size 12-14 and 5ft 6", and gambled on ordering a medium. I am shorter and wider than the models in the pictures so was a bit worried that although the dresses looked amazing on the models they wouldn't suit me, however I was happily surprised. Even though the dresses were all different styles, each one fit perfectly, hung lovely and was extremely flattering, covering up my lumps and bumps. The quality also exceeded expectation. They are cut well and the material does not feel or look at all cheap.
When shopping online I normally buy more items than I need with the expectation of having to return some or all of them due to looking like a fat frump compared to the models in the pictures, however this time I have ended up keeping every single item!
I shall definitely be purchasing from Blue Vanilla again, and may even do so this weekend while the Black Friday Sales are still on.

Items not recived. No reply to emails
Blue Vaniila has always been my go to for clothes. However I recently done another VERY large order and there were 3 items missing. I needed to return items, so made a note on my dispatch order that I had not recived them but not been refunded and not recieved the items. I have sent several emails with no responce. REALLY disappointed as I have spent £100's in the past and will now think twice about ordering again.

Making a point to review because I used Blue Vanilla and Aria Cove for the first time and my experiences with both are like night and day. Needed customer services for both. For Aria Cove, I’m still waiting for a resolution, going on two+ weeks. For Blue Vanilla, super fast resolution. Delivery was quick for both my original order and replacement. Products are also very nice; I got a dress and boucle set and both are good quality and great value. I’m especially happy with my boucle skirt and jacket because I’d been looking for a set like that for a while. The dress also fit me like a glove. Thank you especially for the great customer service.

I returned an order over 2 weeks ago and still no refund and I have tracked it and know they received it back . This is very poor customer service maybe you should learn from competitors how to improve customer service . I will not use this company again also you pay for any returns .going to report to PayPal and let them chase my refund
