Don't rent from this Company

Don't rent from this Company. They are a total SCAM. If you don't Choose there extra insurance they don't let you go. I was suppose to pay 250 but they didn't let me go without paying 1600. This cheep companies always push you to take a lot of extras but you never need to. But this guy's told me that it's not possible to drive away because they don't have insurance on there cars. Wich is bullshit. I gave up I went to Sixt to rent a car the day after. Watch out.

Avoid Blue Auto Trading at all costs.

Avoid Blue Auto Trading at all costs.
I booked my rental through VIP CARS, but Blue Auto Trading completely failed to respect the voucher and the conditions of my reservation. They refused the protections that were clearly included in my booking and forced me to purchase additional insurance that was never part of the contract. When you show them the voucher, they simply ignore it and repeat the same scripted excuses.

Pick-up took place off-airport, late in the evening, with no alternative offered. They refused to release the car unless I accepted extra charges that more than doubled the final amount that had been confirmed in writing.

Like many other customers here, my experience follows exactly the same pattern:
• false and misleading information,
• forced add-ons,
• abusive deposit practices,
• no customer service and zero accountability.

This company is completely untrustworthy.
I will never use them again and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

And to make matters worse, VIP CARS also failed to take responsibility for any part of this issue.

I rented a car here in an emergency…

I rented a car here in an emergency situation. They told me they had one left. The car smelt like cigarettes and cigarettes burns in the seats. The outside also had visual damage. I rented it for $365. And an additional $300 deposit. 2 mos later no deposit back. You can't talk to a human on the phone. They will text you but then stop responding. They are total scammers.

SCAMMERS!!! we rented a car 3 months ago. They charged USD 2,500 from the credit card. So far, there has been no refund, even though when returning the car we received information that everything was fine. They do not respond to messages and there is no contact with them. I feel robbed

Avoid blue auto trading

I booked a car on travelsupermarket in in England as I regularly do and payed for extra damage waiver insurance as its a lot cheaper than paying on collection of the car, then they hit me with a $2500 deposit, imagine that when that's probably your holiday spending money, all because they couldn't make money off me selling their over inflated insurance, on top of that their cars are high mileage old cars. Stick to the big renters, avis thrifty sixt enterprise who charge $200 dollars deposit. Crooks

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs! My baggage was delayed 2 hours at LAX airport. As a result of this I missed my pick up time and the company cancelled the car. I had emailed and tried to call in advance to explain. They didn’t reply.

When I arrived they said the only alternative was to get another which was 4x the cost. The man at the desk in a Real Madrid shirt couldn’t hide the smile off his face. Embarrassment of a company who show absolutely no sympathy towards situations that are out of your hands

Don't use them

I tried one of these "low cost rental companies" for the first time. What was supposed to be 75$ at the time of reservation was more than 300$ at the counter. Did not even take any of the extra insurances - and they made a 2500$ security charge from my credit card. After one month that is still not returned to me. The car was full of scratches and bumps from prior collusions. When I took the pictures to ensure they are not repairing anything at my cost afterwards, I joked that it would be a lot more easy to take pictures of the parts of the car that are ok.
Total scam, use one of the proper rental companies instead.

$100 turns into $450

This company offers a car for $100 dollars a week. If you want to be able to use toll roads it is an extra $10 dollars a day extra.
You cannot use your own transponder.

You then need insurance. If you have your CDW insurance you void your SLI which in the terms and conditions you must have but by Florida law the car owner already required to have. They will then charge you $350 a week for that insurance. When you finally find the same insurance for $80 online they will tell you that it needs to be from specific providers and finally when you find a much cheaper insurance from those providers they inform you about a $20 a day administration fee.
Your $100 a week car is now $450 and $520 if you want to be able to use toll roads.

At each step of the way the representative was not only assertive in getting us to spend more but also unhelpful in telling us of additional charges for trying to doge the racket charges they were trying to add on. The whole process was designed to get me to give up and pay the extortion fees.

Don’t rent from this company. Same price as a normal rental company with 10 times the hassle.
Please be upfront with your potential customers!
