ingen basic kompetence

the controllers do not know the very basic thinks like what is 24 hours. (1 day). instead of working ,and doing an very everyday working task like how many hours left from the valid parking ticket, smoking and flirting with colleague. it is really nice to educate them how to help for the tourist around the town but not knowing basic math skills???!!!
you judge the complaint in 14 days but pay the parking fee without no reason (well, the person do not know the calendar: day, hour concept) in 10 days. and why do you have phone numbers if it is not working in the written time?
