The service provided by Alex right from beginning is excellent. He was very polite and very keen to understand what we are looking for and he has put in that extra effort to meet our expectations. He is very prompt in replying to queries. His communications skills are excellent and he has answered all our questions very professionally. We have decided to book our holiday through BLV mainly because of the professional & outstanding service provided Alex. We are happy to recommend BLV to our family & friends and definitely will be referring then to speak to Alex to plan their next holiday.

Holiday of a lifetime!
Booking the holiday of a lifetime to Japan was so simple with Blue Lotus, all the changes I wanted were accommodated to get just the itinerary wanted. Shaun was incredibly helpful with endless patience making sure we everything was just right.
