We are putting the final touches on our Blue Haven oasis, we love our new pool, special thanks to Ricardo, Fouad, Adam, Zee, James & Remonda leading the team. It was a tricky site as will be shown in the before & after photos coming soon.

Honestly, Bluehaven Pools were awesome. Super easy to deal with, no stress at all, and the pool turned out better than we imagined. Couldn’t be happier with how it all went. Looking outside is seeing paradise from inside the house. Thank you Blue Haven Pools.

After the initial contact, all smiles and promise everything, it goes down hill. The site "supervisor" came to site on 2 occasions and barely responded to texts or phone calls. The communication was extremely poor. They emailed and rang to get payment days before completion, but crickets when trying to get updates. Told me a plumber would be on stand by to reconnect all the pipes that were damaged but waited 2 weeks for one, as a result all the storm water pipes emptied into the pool and caused a cave in( charged me $4500) to dig it back out and left it all on the side of the pool area, i had to remove it my self.
I had to reconnect the sewage my self to be able to use the bathroom. People were just coming in and out when ever they wanted without prior notice. They stockpiled all the dirt in my front yard because of wrong machinery for the job. The tilers tried to force me to get them extra material because they didnt have enough to finish the job, even though i already paid for the material and delivery that was organised by blue haven. Extremely rude. Pebblecrete was washed and left on the street in front of my house i had. To clean it all my self. And now that its done i havent recieved so much as an email as a follow up. So many more minor things, it was honestly the worst experience. I would 100% wholeheartedly never recommend these guys to any one.

Great wet deck area integrated into our pool to allow the kids to play in it while learning to swim. 8mx4m pool for our yard really hit the sweet spot.

I had a great experience with this company. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They really cared about the details and made sure everything was done to a high standard. The pool looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended!

The team made me feel very welcomed and showed me different designs. I love the fact they are able to do a custom concrete pool for my house that fits mine and my wifes budget! Jimmy was very caring about our pre-construction info and kept us in the loop.

We are very happy with our in ground concrete pool. The process of project managing it ourselves was challenging but Roy from the office was very supportive and guided us all the way. With all its challenges we would do it again because the value for money is exceptional.

Wow , from start to finish Bluehaven worked with me to create our dream pool. Everyone that sees my pool says it looks amazing, the design team seen what I couldn’t and created a beautiful space and pool for me to enjoy. Yes I learnt heaps along the way, and the only thing I would suggest to potential pool owners thinking of using Bluehaven , let them do everything for you, ask them and they will do all the hard work for you. Let them use their trades don’t try and do it yourself, they are experts when it comes to building pool and managing trades. With them doing everything for me it took the stress away from me at the end.
A huge shout out and thank you to Jimmy who got me through the planning stage.
Everyone at Bluehaven was super helpful and in the end we got our dream pool.

My pool is complete with the guidance and had work Blue Haven put in for a customer experience outcome, not only did the sales representative Roy give professional advise on the right product and work with us on a price that best fits.

This company is a disgrace.

They sold me a damaged spa, claimed I knew it was damaged and then legally threatened me. Fair Trading is your friend if you ever have the misfortune of dealing with these horrible people.

Fantastic pool design by Josh. He really worked out the best solution for our garden!!

We just had our pool finished and I am so excited to dip in. Great job Blue Haven team!!!! The journey was never easy given the holidays and the recent weather, but Remonda & the team made the wait all worthwhile. Thank you so much Blue Haven!!!!

I urge anyone looking at dealing with the place to head over to product review. Com! And ready the huge amount of negative reviews they are not fake they are genuine and unfortunate terrible experiences from customers! The LADY CEO sorry named removed, features heavily through most negative reviews! This company is a nightmare and for every “good review” you will get 10 bad ones! Beware!!!!

Commenced March and still not complete. Handover of a pool that doesn’t work. Bunch of muppets !!!!! On the mark when they want payment though.

Nerissa who is the construction co ordinaror has great people skill, Nerissa is an asset to Blue Haven Pools she always got back to me promptly nothing was too hard for her a pleasure to deal with.

We have just completed handover. The experience from beginning to end was extremely positive. As we are first time pool owners, the entire team was very helpful in guiding us through each stage.
