Payout pending for over a week — passed between 5 different support agents with no resolution
I requested a payout of $2,000 (Transaction #19335, Account #BGF111565) on August 28, 2026. It's been stuck in "Verification & Processing" ever since.
On September 4, right in the middle of this review, my account was suspended for "inactivity." Since then I've been redirected between five different contacts — Icon, Simon, their Risk team, Debayo, and now Emmanuel — each one pointing me to someone else, with no confirmation of my funds and no payout date.
I've sent multiple follow-ups with full documentation (dates, account and transaction numbers, every reply) and still don't have a clear answer to two simple questions: are my funds safe, and when will I be paid?
I'd like this resolved directly and am hoping this review gets it in front of someone who can actually confirm the status of Transaction #19335.
Update: Your Reviews Team also reached out to me directly by email, so I'm following up there with the same request — confirmation that my $2,000 (Transaction #19335) is safe, and a specific payout date in writing. I'd appreciate that by Wednesday, September 9.

I requested my first $2,000 payout from…
I requested my first $2,000 payout from Blue Guardian on August 31, 2026. Because they had previously closed another Express account of mine after five days of inactivity, I immediately became concerned when my payout review prevented me from trading.
I contacted support and clearly explained that I had attempted to trade so my account would not be closed, but the pending payout prevented me from doing so. Their support agent confirmed in writing that if an account became inactive while awaiting a payout, it would not be considered a breach and would be reactivated. I have screenshots proving this conversation.
Despite that written assurance, Blue Guardian has now marked my account inactive, claiming that I did not trade for seven days—even though their own payout process prevented me from trading.
Since August 31, I have received delays, contradictory information, and promises that were never fulfilled. I still have no confirmed date for my payout or the compliance interview they claim is required.
I demand that Blue Guardian reactivate my account immediately and provide a specific date for processing my $2,000 payout. This experience feels deeply misleading and unacceptable. I will continue updating this review with documented evidence until my account is restored and my payout is processed.

After making 750 dollars in profit
After making 750 dollars in profit, they just terminated my account for no clear reason, with all my profit and deposit gone. After one full week of intense trading, my effort was gone. The most painful part is not just the money but the time and energy wasted. I really don't recommend anyone to waste their money, time, and energy. Be careful.

They are holding my payouts for 5 days already. I have been contacting them multiple times and all I got back was please be patient. What happened to the 24-hour guarantee? I have bought a lot of accounts with them and I'm going to contact my bank and see if they can help me.
9/17/2026 - They are still haven't paid me a dime until now. They are playing games by transferring me to different departments. No more waiting. I am going to dispute all the charges from them tomorrow.
