I'm in Scotland and ordered 2 Cotinus Coggygria 'Golden Spirit' shrubs (3L) that are difficult to source locally. The price was good, the shrubs were very well packed and were of excellent tip top quality, Delivery was prompt by DHL and everything went swimmingly well so I'm absolutely delighted and would definitely use Bluebell again.

Very good. I bought two Ilex x Meserveae and they arrived in excellent condition. The package was delivered upside down on a hot day so, before opening it, I was expecting to find battered plants, broken branches and soil everywhere, but I was very pleasantly surprised: the plants had been packaged so well that it made no difference. Price is competitive and good value for money. The plants are bigger than expected and look healthy; they are better than an Ilex meserveae I bought last year from a more expensive and, reputably, upmarket supplier. Overall excellent. Next time I'm looking for a plant I'll definitely check first if they sell it.

I ordered a 3 litre Ilex 'Golden King' from them. The price was competitive and they were offering a larger size shrub than their competitors. The holly was in excellent condition and even had some berries. The ordering and delivery process was very quick and efficient. The packaging was sensible and first class. I would definitely use them again for shrubs, especially those which are sometimes harder to get hold of as more unusual.

First time that I have ordered trees from Bluebell and I received very good service overall.
Product received very promptly, very well packaged and very good quality product, that has been well cared for.
I haven't given 5 star because I have not yet had cause to use their customer services as a follow up to an order but I would gladly have given 4.5 stars if that were possible
I think going forward I won't be ordering products from some of the online companies I have used in the past, I will be looking at Bluebell first for product.

A nursery of exceptional integrity and pride in their products. Reflected in the quality of the tree, its delivery and the customer care I received. I purchased a Cornus Miss Satomi online. Jason contacted me because he was not happy with the specimen. He offered to send a photo to help me decide if I wanted a refund to shop elsewhere, or delay shipment until its condition improved. He called me with updates and I am now
in possession of a tree that surpasses all my expectations. Very good value and I will definitely consult their website first when considering my next purchase. Definitely recommend this nursery.

Ordered a Himalayan Birch. Very good price and the tree was actually quite a bit taller than the advertised size so absolutely delighted. Packed well and delivered quickly.

I can only echo other reviews praising Bluebell Nursery! My acer arrived beautifully packaged, and just three days after ordering. Not only that, but the plant was larger than I expected - so I’m very happy. I would not hesitate to order again.

Yesterday I received a large order of shrubs from Bluebell Nursery. I have been establishing a new garden over the last couple of years and I have made quite a few online orders of plants, shrubs and trees. My experience with Bluebell was exemplary: excellent communication and delivery; the plants are in perfect shape. Don't hesitate to order from this nursery. Also they have some very special unusual stock.

Absolutely fantastic service. I don't usually buy plants online but was after a hydrangea paniculata pinky winky which I couldn't find locally. Decent price and received in a few days. Well packaged and beautiful specimen. Looks very healthy. They use DHL for delivery and was kept informed by them with regards to where my order was. Will definitely be using again. Excellent experience - fully informed at every step via email, they used DPD so knew exacty when it was coming also, and the plant received (asimina triloba) was twice the size of one I ordered from another company, for only £5 more. I have left a less than flatering review for that company.

I don't usually write reviews but had to provide some feedback for the Bluebell team. Plants arrived very promptly (within a few days) with helpful order processing updates, and when they arrived they were packaged immaculately with no breakages. Specimens themselves were very healthy, vigorous plants. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!
