I was a bit worried that my flight was delayed far more than I had an indicated. I thought maybe my driver would have left. But instead, my driver texted me the minute I landed to let me know he was there for me. He even did his homework as we were texting on WhatsApp. He knew what I looked like. He politely approached me and made me feel safe and secure. We were on our way to my hotel after a tiring day of travel. That’s proactive service.

This is not my first time using HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Airport…
This is not my first time using Airport Transfers Ltd and it definitely won't be my last. Prices are the best I could find in London and drivers have always been professional. On this occasion, the driver even came in to the airport to meet me, despite not ticking this option, and he kindly helped me push my luggage trolley and load and unload the suitcases. Thank you!
