I spend 15.00 for pack of two..3 times a week. In the past 6 months I've had leaking pods that ruined two batteries, in almost half the two pod packs one doesn't work at all!!
No way to get refund or exchange at smoke shops or company.
I do like the taste but im getting seriously tired of this.

Lots of refills are bad , Device battery depletes quite easy, Hard to find in shops. Too many flavors, stores can't keep a stock of each one. tooooo expensive. 2600 puffs are more like 260 puffs if not less

Customer service from BLU provides no customer service. They are not interested in the poor manufacturing standards and bad design of their product, instead insisting that the blameless retailer should bear the burden. Shocking tactics by Big Tobacco. They rip-off their customers and then point the finger at the small retailer. That is reprehensible behaviour. Why bother having a "customer service" department in which case? They are useless blood-suckers.

Customer services good , no delivery problems ......but I tried 2 Blu 2.0 (1 I bought and 1 was sent as a replacement) I followed all the instructions and both were dead after charging - 3 Vibrations and red light!
I don't know why the old version is not available anymore as I never had any issues with those.
I'm back on my original vapes now and won't be buying anymore Blu !
