Thanks for reaching out! The 9k+ damage you saw refers to the item’s inventory damage rating — that’s the total power it can deal per hit. However, some items don’t fire continuously; they might only attack every 2 shots or have a small delay between hits.
When placed down, the game shows damage per second (DPS) — so if an item fires less frequently, its DPS will appear lower (like 5.6k) even though each hit is still doing the full 9k+ damage.
Everything sounds normal here, but if you think your item is behaving differently, feel free to share a short clip or screenshot and I can double-check.

Do not get scammed
Do not use this, they told me I could get a refund since their system "glitched" but i got ignored and they won't refund me my $35. Also I heard they use bots to promote this so that makes sense as well.
