I booked a reservation through Blowwow.com and it turned out to be an utter disappointment. Firstly, I never received my confirmation despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email. Their customer service is virtually non-existent; they seem to have mastered the art of ignoring inquiries. Despite being promised free cancellation according to my booking, I haven't heard a peep from them regarding my request. It's frustrating to deal with such incompetence and lack of accountability. Steer clear of Blowwow.com unless you enjoy wasting your time and energy chasing after a ghost of a reservation.

the rates for hotels at seatac are average but there service charges are totally outrageous and they are scammers and mutts of the very worst sort.
Criminals
They advertise hotels in a very competitive price and charge you in USA funds. Their advertising shows a cancellation policy with in a certain time line but once you catch their currency scam and cancel they charge you a $150 cancellation fee. Be careful or just don’t use them!!!
Still waiting for a response from this company... Wrote a review about them canceling my trip last January and they replied saying they would look into it and help me out. I haven't heard a single thing from them. I'm still constantly calling and they will only allow me to leave a message with a reseptionist. Beyond upset! What a scam!!
We booked in July to travel in December to Fort Myers Beach, Florida. The hotel was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. Blowwow notified us in September that due to the hurricane that our reservation was canceled and we would be refunded. Here it is January 31st and no refund. Multiple calls to Blowwow customer service and no refund. I think Blowwow is a scam. I'm asking my credit card company to help me. As of now, I'm out over $1500!

I searched Google for las vegas hotels rooms. Bowwow listed a nightly rate of $11.00, plus tax and a resort fee for a total charge of $43.00. I paid $43.00 to Bowwow. When I checked in at the hotel, I was charged a second resort fee, $33.00. I asked why I was paying a second resort fee. They said contact bow wow. The hotel said the hotel always collects the resort fee, not the third party vendor. I called the customer number for Bowwow repeatedly. A recording said all representatives are busy, and then the line just cuts off.. Oasis said the room was non refundable and I can only complain to bowwow. I went back to the web search to make sure I was not crazy.. Rooms are showing fees and taxes but very hidden. And they dont display the details of the charges. What a scam. I am really upset at having being mislead by false advertising.
I will complain with my bank, and report the incident to the classified site, sending them as much information as possible about the ad in question as possible. If not help is obtained (as so far happened and pretty confident will continue to happen) I will retrieve and store information to pass on to the police. I will report the incident to Las Vegas local police station so that they can open a case.

This is an update on the review.
I got a hotel room from Days Inn and Suites and it is wonderful that they helped my physically challenge friend and me get a hotel room.
I appreciate blowwow on contacting them and helping me sol e yhe problem. I am in the room an in the morning when I check out I will be able to talk to the manager who has been wonderful.

Abysmal customer service. Within minutes of booking an erroneous stay, I attempted to contact the listed number for blowwow.com. Instead, what the operator and I went through was a game of phone tag where "supposedly" the connection was spotty for many of the attempts to call. The operator then asked for my number and told me they would have somebody contact me within the hour "urgently." They did this twice, and I still have not received said calls.
Furthermore, the website does not function to make cancellations nor refunds. When searched, the "Customer Service" page links the user to sign in to perform a cancellation; this does not work, and will lead the user to the front page with no options. It is either malicious or terrible programing that leads me to believe Blowwow cannot be trusted.

Cancelled my booking with notifications and charged me.
I’ve emailed them and no response.
Rip off. I searched Google for las vegas hotels rooms. Bowwow listed a nightly rate of $6.00, plus tax and a resort fee for a total charge of $54.00. I paid $54.00 to Bowwow. When I checked in at the hotel, I was charged a second resort fee, $41.00. I asked why I was paying a second resort fee. They said contact bow wow. Tropicana said the hotel always collects the resort fee, not the third party vendor. I called the customer number for Bowwow repeatedly. A recording said all representatives are busy, and then the line just cuts off..Tropicana said the room was non refundable and I can only complain to bowwow. I went back to the web search to make sure I was not crazy.. Rooms are now showing as 10 and not $6. But that is not 54 dollars I was charged. What a scam. I
Am really upset at having being mislead by false advertising.
Update 2.7.22 I I contacted Bowwow directly regarding the overcharge. Their initial response was to say that the terms and conditions were set forth in the attached document that they attached to the email. I wrote them back stating that I did not expect to be charged the equivalent of the resort fee.. Thereafter they responded that they would give me a $9 discount off of the reservation. The reservation. I did not find this to be acceptable since the amount of the overcharged was $45. Ultis Lewis. Ultimately I filed a Dispute through eBay. EBay did credit my account for $45. I'm not sure this is the final disposition of the dispute. But I'm resting a lot easier to know that bow wow was not able to sustain this overcharging perit's overcharging. I would not use them again and recommend the same to you.

A friend and I booked a hotel through Blowwow and our experience was a nightmare. We had booked our stay several weeks before we left and only received a
Blowwow confirmation number, which they assured us hotels would be able to use to look up our reservation. We called the hotel before we arrived and they informed us that they did not have our reservation and were unwilling or unable to look us up via this other number. We did learn later that the reservation had been cancelled by the hotel for at least several days beforehand and that both the hotel and representatives from Blowwow hadn't bothered to reach out and let us know that we weren't going to have a place to stay...
We then tried to reach out to Blowwow customer service, which was nearly impossible to find. We called their number and received the same 'representatives are busy helping other customers' message every time and then the line cut off (we tried calling probably upwards of 30 times over the course of several days - its just a faulty message). We also called another parent company that would have access to their bookings and my friend was yelled at on the phone by the representative for almost an hour. This call ended with the representative saying that she would leave a message for a manager and they would call us back within 2-3 hours and we NEVER received that call. We also sent emails to Blowwow, which were not responded to for at least 4 hours, and by which time we had already made arrangements to turn around and go home.
When Blowwow finally decided to email us back after 4+ hours, they said that they would be willing to cover up to half of our reservations value at another hotel, but because of their timing and poor customer service we were forced to make arrangements to go back home. We sent them the bill for our new bus ticket and the ticket reservation we had booked for the next day since we were going to have to forfeit them. They refused to compensate us for that (even though it was significantly less than the amount they had offered to cover in the initial email) and were completely unresponsive and unreasonable.
This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, their lack of care for customers is very apparent. If we had been any further away from home and unable to get back that day we would've been stranded for the night. I will never book with them again and I suggest that no one else book with them either.

This is my second time using blowwow to book my vacation and I was not disappointed.
They offer the best prices and the customer service was exceptional. I emailed regarding my reservation number and they responded in less than 24 hours. If you want the best price with the best service use blowwow.com you will not regret it.

I am an experienced travel guide and trip consultant. I booked a hotel through Blowwow and received a confirmation of that booking. I called the hotel the day of my reservation and they had no record of it. I attempted to call Blowwow several times, but their phone number doesn't go anywhere (I tried this for the couple days following this experience as well, and it still had the same faulty message). I called their partner company HotelBeds USA, to which I was screamed at on the phone by the representative. I was told a supervisor would call me in 3-4 hours; no one ever called. I emailed Blowwow several times as well as we were now stranded in a storm in New York City with nowhere to go. They emailed back several hours later saying our booking was canceled and no one had let us know, and that no other hotels were available, later refunding the amount they had charged us. We ultimately had to leave NYC and lose the money on all our other reservations and tickets, and pay for last minute transportation back to our home state.
In the following days, I sent several emails that went unrequited, and was continually disregarded when I requested a call from customer service and/or a manager.
I have lived and traveled all over the world, booked thousands of reservations, and have been quoted in publications for my professional travel advice. With that being said, I suggest that no one ever book through this company. The level of respect is null, and the accountability is nonexistent.

Customer service went above and beyond to help me escape my work from home fatigue and provided a wealth of COVID travel information
Good price for all inclusive hotels in Punta Cana, you have the option to book with deposit and pay balance later which is great.
