They got back to me within the hour and canceled my account without a back and forth and hassle, which I appreciated.
Original Review:
Ridiculous. Was charged $30 and when I try to cancel my membership I don't receive and email with the code I need so I reach out to the company because they're "available 24 hours" and the chat tells me no one is available and they'll reach out in 24 to 48 hours... Absolutely crap site.

Can't speak on the 1 star reviews that…
Can't speak on the 1 star reviews that had trouble with getting charged after signing up for the trial. I completely forgot to cancel my membership after getting the trial. I take full responsibility for that as it states clearly they will pull payment after the trial run if you don't cancel. It just skipped my mind and when I went to cancel and requested the possibility of a refund they had no problem honoring that and returned my payment right away. The customer service was top knotch and it's time to take responsibility for forgetting to cancel. I promise life will be easier that way. Seemless process to cancel and they were nice enough to return my payment even though they didn't have to. As for the report I got about myself, it was great. very informative and was well worth my time. Thank you to Mils and the Blossomup team for being ethical, responsive and honoring my refund as I'll state again... is my oversight. Take care!

Dishonest advertising
I only did their test on the basis that it was advertised as free so it was annoying to then be asked for payment before being shown my test results. This is misleading advertising and intended to hook people in and then put them in a position where they feel their only option is to pay in order to offset their sunk time costs.
