I purchased an item
I purchased an item, a test result, and they charged me for a subscription that I didn’t do. My purchase was actually CA$2.95 and they charged me CA$39.95 a couple days after my purchase. That’s not fair. They didn’t let me know that I was subscribing their services monthly. It was not clear and I didn’t see it in any place during my purchase. I am trying to solve this problem contacting then right now. I will never purchase anything on this website anymore.
