Poor programme to use.

Poor programme to use.
Sell themselves as a small family run business and once you have signed up you are treated awfully. We have been with the company 5 years, many of our nursery owner friends have never spoken highly of the company but we have always stuck with them. However we need to create our own curriculum and their programme doesn't allow us to do this, hence the final decision to move. Upon speaking to them after 5 years of being their customer they are wanting 3 months up front, fees a nursery simply does not have, but the system I require (that Blossom cannot provide) is paramount to my inspection next year so I am on a time limit.
The company were not prepared to listen and repeatedly said they would hold us to the fee and send out the contract, which they haven't (we have asked them 3 times)
The programme itself is not user friendly, cannot be used on iPhones or iPads (as a nursery practitioner) and parents interaction is limited. We are moving to a far cheaper option that allows 2 way communication with parents, you can create your own curriculum and can be used on all devices.
The move was a long time coming, instead of understanding their customers they just keep talking like a computer and referring back to their rules. Have no time of day to help or assist and chose not to understand the predicament at all.
Staff were rude and zero help
I highly recommend better programmes out there, avoid this one.
They were also repeatedly told we would put a review on trust pilot and they were not bothered about what the public conception of them is.
