Bestel hier niet.

2 maanden geleden een bestelling geplaatst en betaald via ideal. Tot op heden mijn bestelling niet ontvangen ondanks meerdere keren contact via e-mail. Ik krijg steeds de reactie dat mijn vraag is doorgestuurd naar het "relevante team". Pas na veel mailtjes heen en weer bleek dat er een fout in mijn naam in hun systeem stond, terwijl ik al meerdere keren contact heb opgenomen. Na correctie en meerdere verzoeken mijn bestelling te versturen of mijn geld terug te betalen beide nog niet ontvangen. Zeer teleurstellend.

Blossery

Begin 29 maart bestelling gedaan, meteen ook diezelfde dag gemaild omdat mijn adres niet goed gepakt heeft. Geen reactie op gehad vervolgens krijg ik in april een mailtje (van trackingpagina)omdat levering niet kon vanwege adres fout dus toen alles aangepast naar het juiste en vervolgens krijg ik maik dat het retour is gedaan. Reageren niet op mailtjes en ben dus ook mijn geld kwijt want kon niet achteraf betalen.
