**AVOID SCAM ALERT AVOID** Bloors fitted our glazing. Made out they were this big company, how great they were giving excellent service but nothing could be further from the truth. Is a conniving and devious one man band with a mobile phone which only answers when it feels like it. Will charm you but don't be fooled by the sales pitch. Nothing but a lying cowboy company who does all the work himself with a few of his chums. A small shoddy company with 3 google reviews (probably his pals) and a facebook page and no office. They moved 3 times and changed their office number multiple times in 3 years-as if they're on the run. Yes they have an office number which no one answers so you do the math. We've had so many problems with this company. Was all over us and lied to us (I have the evidence for this) to secure the contract worth in the tens of thousands. Sure we were given warranties on the work but as is usual with shady operators they were not worth the paper they were printed on. Was quick to take our money and now nowhere to be seen when the problems started. Avoid this tiny shoddy, back street company and pay that little bit extra and go with a big reputable business with a head office with a back up service. At least there will be some accountability and they will look after you. If you want to be lied to, get a cowboy job, with no back up service, warranties that don't mean anything, all your calls and messages ignored and left with thousands to pay in corrective costs and watch your hard earned money go down the drain then go ahead and use these scammers - as this is how the customers get treated. With half a million in the bank (see companies house) they'll be having a laugh at your expense with his mates down the pub about how he pulled the wool over your eyes. I regret ever using this company. Judging from the lack of positive reviews, I must not be the only one.
What a professional group of guys! Communication fantastic, punctuality and most important of all, the work was done to an exceptional standard and so quickly! We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.
