Only expensive predetermined apotecarys available.
After you fill out all their stuff and make and account etc... They tell you that they only submit their presrciption to "apotecarys that are most used". Want to use another one ? Maybe one you already reserved your stuff? Nope only with 55 euro "personal online" Consultation... Useless, missleading , scam to try and force you into paying over price...

Your customer service is horrible. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody answered multiple emails. You charged me for something I didn't order and didn't want to discuss it. You guys suck. I am moving my business to another company.

I would strongly recommend against using BloomWell for your medical cannabis needs. They are not receptive to patients needs, appointments scheduled get cancelled without notice. The ability to consistently see the same Doctor doesn’t seem to be possible. Making a new appointment is beyond challenging as they have limited slots available, then if you make an appointment outside the 3 month window they will force you into another consultation at added expense and time costs.

If you are looking for consistent assistance managing your medical cannabis needs i cannot recommend BloomWell at all! They were not receptive to my needs, something that should be easy like getting a prescription filled in a timely manner is something they have made overly complicated to the point I would recommend to look elsewhere!

Worst experience ever. I had my appointment on july 17 and until now I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRESCRIPTIONS. You cannot contact kundenservice because they never answer. It is always the same problem, after my appointment I have to wait for weeks for my prescription, but this time they went far, the doctor doesn’t reply my emails, the agents never reply me back. I have paid for my ausweis and still have not received anything. This is the last month that this people fools me, I will cancel this.

doctor changed prescription. costs went up. inquiries didnt get really answered. after increasing pressure they added what i asked for. since then no change in status. the doctor didnt even care.
pretty bad experience and it seems like they keep the 230€...

No Response and no shipping after more than 3 weeks. One change in my prescription with additional charges and still no answer from the support... Would love to give 0 stars for support and also 0 for transperency.

I´ve been a patient for more than a year now and it has been nothing but a good experience.
I was very sceptical in the beginning but everything turnt out just fine.
Trying to reach someone in Customer Service hasn´t been easy since the legalisation. Last time I contacted them, I had my problem solved and got my package delivered fast. Keep up the great work
