I had high hopes for this. Total disappointment.

I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. Let’s start off with the fact that they will not include a gift card, so the person who is receiving the gift doesn’t really know who it’s coming from or the purpose of the gift. The ribbon around the blanket has a meaning that has nothing to do with what the gift is for. And, it was delivered in a very messy fashion and looked nothing like a bouquet. I’m extremely disappointed and embarrassed to have sent this as a gift. I will not be shopping here again.

It has been 2 months and I received no…

It has been 2 months and had not received no tracking information, then when I eventually did, it was not real.
I requested a proof of delivery photo, they showed me a package in front of a home across the United States from me with a date, pre-dating the day I ordered.
Finally, I was told I provided sufficient proof, then today after inquiring where the item is, I was asked as if I never communicated.
I have gone through the story 6 times with no results.
I attempted to call on messenger, they messaged for me not to call.
I 100% believe this is a scam and if I ever actually receive an item, I will correct my review.

Same as a lot of these reviews it’s a scam! Ordered on the 9th of Feb thinking it was an Australia site by my mistake I realised it wasn’t so it would take longer than expect. But it never arrived and customer service replied to my last email after 10 back-and-forth emails; can I have the order number at least please. They said; order number :) end of story this was a scam

Cancelled orders

Ordered a blanket before Valentine’s Day. After 12 business days, no tracking order was given or updated. After reaching out they said “due to an error, following your request we have refunded you the full amount”. I never requested a refund and no further explanation was given.

I ordered a second blanket 22 Feb 26. Today 1 April 26, I sent an email asking for an update after they previously stated the item is on the way but the order number said it hasn’t been delivered. They responded saying “upon your request we have submitted a refund”, again I did not request a refund.

Terrible customer service, terrible tracking and delivery. Cannot comment on quality as never received a product.

TERRIBLE product

TERRIBLE product. I ordered a blanket and it arrived around 3 weeks later. The quality is horrendous. Blanket arrived in what I can only describe as Shein packaging like it came from a Chinese sweatshop. I was refused a refund on the grounds that I had opened the parcel…how am I supposed to inspect the quality of my product without physically looking at it? This is against UK consumer law and completely illegal. Will be taking this up with my credit card company.

Customer service is genuinely awful

Customer service is genuinely awful. The worst experience i've ever had as a customer. Not only was my package never delivered, it was entirely abandoned. Emails only as customer service is bad enough. Emails that don't get returned for days at a time makes this company borderline scammers. Do not buy any product from these people.

1 star — and that's only because zero isn't an option.

I ordered from Bloom Blankets and have yet to receive my item. There were no updates, no shipping confirmation, and no communication whatsoever about the status of my order. I reached out multiple times to request a refund and was completely ignored every single time.

At this point, I've paid for something I never received and a company that refuses to even acknowledge my messages. This is not how any legitimate business operates. I will never purchase from Bloom Blankets again and I would strongly discourage anyone from giving them your money. You may never see your order — or your money — again.

I ordered two blankets on February 5th…

I ordered two blankets on February 5th for my fiance for Valentine’s Day and was charged almost $150 and still have received nothing! No update, and no blankets. I’m starting to feel like I was scammed

My two blankets just got delivered. A little odd that I never received any tracking info but I’m grateful they came in. My fiance really like her blanket but I’m a little disappointed in the size

Misleading product and long shipping from overseas

I ordered a “blanket” from Bloomie Blankets on February 6th for Valentine’s Day, and the product I received was nothing like what was advertised.

The item is extremely small, around 2 feet in diameter, and is not usable for a person. The photos and marketing clearly imply a full-size blanket designed for human use. What I received is closer to something sized for a small pet.

Shipping was also very misleading. The item did not arrive until March 18th, over a month later, after spending weeks in international transit. The company presents itself in a way that suggests it is U.S.-based, but the product shipped from China, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Between the inaccurate product description, the size, and the long shipping time, this feels like a typical drop-shipping operation using misleading advertising.

I would not recommend buying from this company.

'Delays' and no communication

Ordered 2/7/2026, received conformation but haven't received anything about shipping. Order tracking leads to a page not found. Bank account was charged at time of order and then no communication from Bloomie Blankets. 38 days and counting. Customer service also has not replied to previous email sent 2/28/26.

Tiny Blankets!! Don’t Waste Money/Time!

Do not waste your money or time on these. I ordered two of the $45 blankets on February 2. The website had a banner stating they would arrive before Valentine’s Day. They did not arrive until March 14. To make things worse, the blankets are nowhere near the size depicted on the site. These things are at best maybe 2.5 feet in circumference. They are barely big enough to wrap a newborn baby, much less cover an adult. Finally, the topping on the cake for this bad experience … I didn’t even get the Mystery Gift.
