Ordered a product that I wanted to return. Although the website states products can be returned to Germany I received an e-mail that returning the product was going to be very costly and time-consuming because it had to go to China. The "Sales Director" keeps proposing I use the product instead and receiving a 7% cash-back (after first proposing 3% and 5%). This lack of customer-service is a misguiding sales-strategy.
