This company has NO idea what it’s doing! They can’t work out the discounts then deduct £50.75 from my card for a bouquet that costs £15.25. One webchst took 25 minutes the second webchay lasted over 30 minutes and THEY left the chat! Then the telephone call was rubbish

This my second review for Bloom & Wild because I have found another good reason to send their flowers. My niece who received a B&W bouquet from me, sent me letter box flowers for my birthday 5 days ago. They are so beautiful and still really fresh, I hope all my friends join Bloom & Wild!

Bloom and Wild send beautiful flowers, they have a great range of bouquets and gifts for every occasion. Their customer service is unrivalled.

I complained recently to Bloom and Wild. I had ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on 26/01/25. They were delivered to the house on the day before her birthday. Although she seemed very pleased with them, I personally was a little disappointed with the quality of some of the flowers. There were six small yellow roses in the pack and 5 days later they looked as if they were already dead. The blooms were not open and looked as if they were not going to open.
I took pictures of them and sent them to B and W with a covering email. I monitored them for the next few days and they actually got worse day by day.
Bloom and Wild did not reply to my email. Sorry to say that without some form of explanation being given, I will not use B and W again and I recommend that you need to look carefully at what you buy from them.

I recently switched my buying profile from Bloom and Wild UK to Boom and Wild France.

The reason being that my Mother has remained in France during Covid and therefore all special occasions require Gifts and flowers sent from overseas or locally.

Having been a very satisfied customer of UK service I purchased a lovely Bouquet from the France region to be delivered for my Mother's Birthday as a surprise. Unfortunately there was some challenge with the address and specifically 1 digit in the post code. This meant that the delivery performed by Chloroplast failed to happen and as a result the flowers were spoiled and did not arrive. This was of course very disappointing and required a resolution. Customer contact was very good and both Serge and Florie were very articulate and helpful in explaining the reason for the delay and then attempting to support a resolution. Company policy is that a partial credit should be applied in instances where the flowers are spoiled. However; as a made a little fuss they very kindly extended an opportunity for the delivery to be fulfilled. This is great service despite the delay and fully recommend Bloom and Wild as a service should you need any help with floral deliveries. They really are beautiful products. Thanks Bloom and Wild.
