Got potential.. I think
Bloom was sold as a one stop creative tool for designers and creatives, I think it has the potential to be but it's bugged out with features messing up or not working at all.
The clients are offered to download the full bloom app with the full CRM when accessing the online client portal via mobile which is confusing and not necessary.
I had to state to stay away from it as it was causing so much confusion about what it actually was, clients think it's just an easier way to communicate with me.. Then they downland it and have no idea what it's for.
Influencial people got behind this platform and sold it, but I'm not sure how as it just doesn't feel ready I spent a huge amount of time on boarding all my clients and I've now had to step away.
Customer service response is slow even in their own working hours, and the same reported bugs are still present 2 months later, I personally do not have time to keep on bug reporting just to get sold features to work for me.
When you end your subscription it just ends.. There's no run up to the end of the month it just stops and they lock you out.. But your clients can still message you!!?? But you can't reply as they are now behind the pay wall immediately.
I think on paper it's a great idea, but the platform needs work.
