I ordered my blonded vinyl from blonded. co back in November 2024 paid £80 and got a confirmation email that order and payment has been received. Fast forward to now July 2025 and I have not received any further correspondence or confirmation or even any form of follow up as to when or why I have waited over 8 months for this and if I will ever receive this or a refund, preferably I’d like the vinyl as I actually enjoy the music and the artist which is why this is such a let down and disappointment. I have reached out to the company over 10 times and I have been met with no response or advisement as to when I could possibly receive this. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Placed an order for a hoodie back in April. No show, no response to 3 emails. These shitbags are everything that’s wrong with the world today.
Ordered blonded on vinyl and received it with damaged sleeves, they said they are not responsible for shipping but it was obvioulsy a factory defect.
Paying $80 for a vinyl is actually a mistake in itself but $80 for a damaged one is insane.
I’ve been emailing them for 2 months now, but they don’t respond anymore.
I ordered the blonde vinyl and after 5 months of waiting for my order, i emailed the costumer service and i was told that my order was cancelled all this time. I still didnt get my vinyl or my money back yet. Now i email them to ask for support on how to proceed and its been a month since i got a reply
Absolutely shocking. I ordered the Blonde vinyl and was met with an extremely damaged vinyl which was ripped up and snapped in half. I understand that this may well have been the delivery service's fault but as shown on the blonded.co help website it says to email the help email. I did this straight away with pictures but was left shocked when i was simply left on read with no reply, refund, or resale of the item. I understand this isn't their fault that the item was damaged but ignoring an email not even leaving an apology is unacceptable. To say I am frustrated is an understatement and I warn you to never buy from blonded.co. I am in disbelief and honestly thought this website was a scam until I realised it is in Frank Oceans instagram bio where he is promoting this disgraceful website.
I have encountered an issue with my order, and despite reaching out to customer service multiple times over the past three months, I have not received any responses
Requested to cancel my order, their site says if you cancel within 24 hours it's covered.
I had no response for a week in which they claimed since it was already shipped there's nothing they can do.. Of course it's already shipped a full week later.
I returned the merchandise to sender using their label, they are now refusing refund even though the tracking number states they signed for the return.
Bought a very expensive copy of Blond on vinyl which I was very excited to receive. However, it arrived with ripped sleeves with records exposed and the artwork posters were crumpled and bent. Refused to replace the record, or even just the damaged components. Had to have a very annoying email exchange with what I strong suspect was a bot - but fair to say not what I expected for a premium £70 record.
Appalling. Avoid at all costs.
When I requested to cancel the order within 4 hours after paying the order, I sent a customer service email and no reply after several days.
