The sample did seem to be delayed by the postal service however, when I asked by e-mail regarding the whereabouts, I was advised that the person responding to my query had packed it personally and it was definitely on its' way.

Would recommend - lovely service
Received three items to try - night balm, cleansing oil and supplements. The order came with a handwritten card which tells me what each item is for and how to use it. I absolutely love this personal touch and it's why I'm giving 5/5 instead of 4. The note about the night balm says it goes a long way - and it really does! I have a tiny little pot, but it will easily last me a week if I use it once a day. My skin felt fresh and dewy in the morning. The oil is ok, but I think it's personal preference - Im not keen on oils and prefer my cleanser to smell of something nice (these products are fragrance free). But I like that it says to take it off with a warm cloth which felt lovely. The supplements - each to their own with these! I was given 5 but wouldn't know from that whether they work and am not convinced by any supplements out there to be honest. Still, I would definitely buy from this brand and recommend it due to the personalised service.

They were super nice but not very accurate
Really good customer service and products and came really quickly however they recommended mostly avocado creams to me which I personally didn’t like how oily it is but other than that they were really nice
