I am rather shocked, I am trading futures on their platform and I am in the green by over a $100 on one trade, by the time I have closed the trade a second or two later , they show me loss of over $60 on the trade even when the price was stable , something is really off about their platform , withdrew all my money and wont trade their anymore , thats not acceptable

Multiple trades, wether I'm using market or limit order close in loss even though I'm up 100-200usd, I was in 20-30% profit, I close them and somehow take 10-20% loss on each.

As a scalper it's impossible to make money trading futures on this exchange where every scalp u close in profit is somehow calculated as a loss. Obviously the closing price the exchange uses is largely different to what the orderbooks are.

Terrible experience And I'm trading BTC which is very liquid there shouldn't be much difference between market price and order price, Either way if I use limit on a trade that's up 100-200 usd I shouldn't end up the trade closing in -50 usd -65 usd what a scam

Literal scam website, just stole 2k from my account by having a "mark" price 4% above order flow and liquidated my whole position. It's happened multiple times and it's always some super sus response like that when they explain. Customer service is terrible, pure scum.

I am posting this review following the total lack of response from your support team. My husband has had his account frozen with $65,000, which includes family savings.

The facts are as follows:
1. His KYC was officially approved and validated by your services just a few weeks ago.
2. The account was frozen immediately after he decided to end his professional collaboration with the affiliate partner Eliz883.
3. This affiliate explicitly claims to be responsible for the freeze, using it as leverage to claim an alleged 'mentorship fee.'
This situation creates a serious suspicion of complicity in extortion. Blofin appears to be allowing its affiliates to use account freezing as a tool for personal blackmail regarding private third-party disputes, which is a direct violation of your own Terms of Service.
We have sent numerous emails to your official support (support(a)blofin.com) which have remained unanswered to date. This silence is unacceptable given the gravity of the situation. We demand the immediate restitution of our capital. Failing this, we will formally escalate this case to the CIMA (Cayman Islands Monetary Authority) and the relevant law enforcement authorities to report these practices and the apparent complicity in extortion.

UPDATE 13/04/2026 : The account has been completely closed without any explanation, it is impossible to log in, and the influencer Eliz883 has blocked us.

do not recommend this exchange. after failed KYC, customer support was useless and couldn't help. luckily haven't deposited and money yet into their account. Be careful with them.

I don’t trust them, seems they use AI to answer questions from real people and do not respond to direct questions , the keep apologising and thanking me for patience, the have no clue whatsoever about resolving any problem , they don’t even listen or read the problem at hand explained many times… they’re probably going to ask me to send an email to their support but that doesn’t help anything. They’re probably trying to keep the assets that I have in the exchange … they have not been able to answer any of my questions or issued over the last 3 days , the also ask if the problem has been resolved…

… of course this is aREAL experience… what else would it be FI !!!!

Great platform to use derivatives without KYC option

It seems Blofin has been hit but negative review bots to try and discourage people to use them. I’ve had an account with them for over a year and never had any issues. If you read the negative reviews they all landed at the same time and don’t sound human or related to actual trading issues. I hope TrustPilot will do the honourable thing and get them removed

The exchange promised a promotion where users who made a deposit could receive a bonus cashback of up to $3,000. As a new user, I followed all the rules without violating anything. Ultimately, they refused to pay me this bonus, citing my violation of their rules. I'm 100% sure I'm right and haven't violated anything. Support only responds with generalities and nothing more.
I strongly advise against participating in any promotions from this exchange; it's all a scam and a ploy to steal your money, nothing more. They have a very crude affiliate rewards system that they don't implement.
I would advise you to be extremely cautious about this exchange.

Exchange is real scam, they locked user account and freeze money. They asked for proof and verification and still lock account. Worst exchange

Blofin is scam. Yesterday i trade with their position voucher i made $5 . Now they freeze my ID. Restricted withdrawal .

Terrible, I'm glad I did not get to put money into this platform. I haven't even crossed the id verification portion yet and am already experiencing terrible service. i used my passport as verification, I do have other documents but assumed a passport was best. For whatever reason it failed and customer support wont give me a solution or answer to why it did. I've read others had issues withdrawing because verification couldn't go through. Im glad I ran into this before i deposited money. Don't use, find another platform.

I had 140+$ in my futures wallet
I opened trade with 1% of my wallet which should be around 1.40$ with leverage
And my liquidation price was around 22/23k on btcUsdt
When i click open trade BAM yrade opened with 14&+ almost 15$ and my liquidation price was 83k while my opening price was around 86k ( long position on btc )
This shit happened 2 times with same bullshit
1% of wallet that should be around 1.4$
But it opened with 14+$ usd
And i lost like 14$ once and 4$ once
I had to close 90% of the trades when price was getting out of hand

Blofin Exchange Fully Fraud cause, i win Blofin Telegram group $5+$10+$10 and Discord Group $5 but they are give me only $5, i contact Blofin support for my reward but they said Blofin not paid the remaining $25 to join the Telegram & Discord group event,If events were written so that one user could join a group event, I would never join another group's event (it Blofin Exchange mistake).Blofin Exchange has been unfair with me.If they were unjustice for a small Dollar, If i deposit USD would be even more unjustice with me.

They say no KYC but then won't let you withdraw your funds until you verify KYC. This exchange is horrendous to deal with.
