They’re are 2 companies called the same…

They’re are 2 companies called the same one is genuine this one and Bloc-o-choc is the scammers i placed a order for £49.09 and I haven’t received anything even they’re email is invalid and they have blocked me on all SM app,s so that is telling you something so now my little girl will have no Easter box due to these scammers and yes they have been reported,so please don’t order from bloc-o-choc

Not worth it and false advertising

Not worth the price wayy too expensive for what it is. I brought a cookies n creme ghost and pictures made it seems like there was gonna be a few in a packet I got one. Whereas my sister brought some of a different kind same price and got 4. Tell me where is the justice in that

Avoid

Chocolate is fine but so ridiculously overpriced.

Delivery took way longer than expected, I contacted the company and they completely ignored me.

So unhappy.

Amazing Chocolate with a difference

Amazing company and amazing chocolate. I was told about this company by my carer as she had tried some before. When she left I decided to give her a present from this company. Ordering was easy and they are very friendly and accommodating and are a local business to me. If you want quality chocolate with a difference you can’t go wrong, I’m going to have to begrudgingly share the extra chocolate I bought or I may be disowned by family and friends

Good chocolate, bad customer service

The chocolate is truly delicious…the customer experience on the other hand is not good at all.
If you have an order issue, be prepared to lose out, because if you email, you will not get a response. Orders are NOT dispatched within 3 days, and when they are sent, there is no tracking information, so this is now my second order that has been ‘delivered’ but hasn’t been delivered and then I get no response from ‘customer service’ which is appalling.
Ordered and given several chances but won’t be ordering again sadly.

Amazing Belgian chocolate

Well I have to say as a consultant I received my chocolate in plenty of time for Easter. Fantastic Belgian chocolate with fantastic toppings. Delivery was quick even though I'd gone 2nd class. It's not that I'm a consultant that they took priority. I would recommend to everyone.

Ordered a few times now and delivery…

Ordered a few times now and delivery always very slow. Thought less of it as quality is always good. This time ordered and opted for first class delivery, over a week and still not delivered and no response from customer service...this will be the last time for sure.

Having ordered from these before I…

Having ordered from these before I thought I'd order again as the chocolate is nice! I placed an order of a medium sized ultimate nutty on the 11th May for my Sister's partner's birthday. But unfortunately the chocolate got damaged in the Royal mail warehouse by mice.
When I was told about this I quickly wrote to bloc o choc and I had no response. This was the 16th May. I had also contacted them via Facebook messenger incase. But again no reply! Then I opened a PayPal case on the 20th May and they instantly replied to me! Saying she was in labour and that one of the girls would look into it for me... 5 days later she's back in the office and is going to resend it to me... I await the chocolate and still nothing.. I contact on the 1st June and she apologises and refunds me for the chocolate and assures me it's on the way. The chocolate arrives on the 15th June and they sent the wrong chocolate! She resends and other and when that arrives its the smaller size version of the one I'd originally ordered!

I will sadly never order from them again, although the chocolate is nice, it was a long process and very bad communication.

Unprofessional and Disappointing

This company states that they dispatch in 2-3 days and given that I ordered just before the new year, I could understand why it may take longer. However, I emailed and messaged via social media to find out where my order was only to have no reply at all. My order then arrived more than a week later than stated. When I sent them a message on social media, I noticed that several other people had publicly questioned on a recent post where their orders were, but when I then viewed them a day later, all those comments had been removed. I could look past the lack of dispatch confirmation as at least my order had turned up in the end. However, not only did they not reply at all to my queries, but my order was wrong when I received it. I emailed again about this only to have no response. I’ve now paid money for an item which was a gift, that I can’t even give because it’s the wrong item and am out of pocket because they clearly don’t want to acknowledge or rectify their mistake. I would have completely understood the delay in dispatch if they had at least explained there was an issue (after all, these things happen!), and I would have understood the mishap with the order too if they’d bothered to reply, but the lack of contact or care is not very professional at all. It leaves me to think that they’re just happy to accept peoples money but not deal with issues that occur. Will not be buying from them again.

No delivery or reply

Ordered 2 items from this seller on Etsy, after paying first class delivery a week past by, I messaged the seller to ask where my order was and another week has passed and no reply. I have now opened a case with Etsy because this seller will not reply. I want a full refund and I will be going to someone else in future.
