This verification service is the worst customer support I have ever seen. They have generic chat bots in which you cannot connect to a real person. I have an issue in which I am needing to change my wallet address on a staking platform for security reasons. And I may loose all my staked tokens. But I cant even contact them to try and change my wallet address and reverify it. The platform is useless with no contact whatsoever.

My position is complex, but I have found excellent support to clarify it with simplicity.

I enjoyed the ease of use, how fast everything was being uploaded and how convenient it is to use

My misadventure begins with an access problem.
It didn't work either via the app or the web.
I contacted support and.... two weeks of generic and meaningless responses.
I wanted to reset the password and it was a bug in that too.
Shame on you.

The project seems very promising.
The core team is doing a great job for making the process going smooth.
The customer service is brilliant and professional in their response and helpful.
I'm sincere when I say that it's one of my best projects I'm looking forward to being a member in.

They only responses they give are generic responses like it was copy pasted once and then nothing. No support provided and considering the KYC required for important functions I just hope they are not used as provider when I need to do it again.

Well as a beginner to the world of crypto currency what could be better than starting your journey hunting Airdrop Projects, but as a fresh learner joining the path few months after the launch of web 3 was my major problem because I'm new to the game meaning my wallets is also new to every airdrop projects, yep you got it, I couldn't participate with many potential projects, i was denied most of the time after connecting my fresh wallet because these project is not approved with new wallet and my path was so gray and it was getting darker every minute at that time i was about to give up this dream because it was a nightmare until I came across with BlockPass I read a little of the introduction and I decided to register right away because to a new beginner my understanding is "so you can kyc my wallet ha?" and that's what it is my new wallet was accepted for many potential projects because it's verified as a legitimate wallet, hope you get what i am trying to say.... Short version is "I was saved by BlockPass and my path is way too colourful, you should see these colours from your own eyes to understand and the best of all is all for free" really hope that you get what i meant... If you don't then try it out it won't cost you a thing instead you earn from it... Ya'll have a good year now, you hear!!
