Came out to assess our blocked toilet. Was quoted £595+vat which I advised was way too steep. They immediately knocked off £200 which was a red flag. After turning them away, they called back and said they will do it for £190+vat and admitted his colleague was being greedy. Instead, I booked a local plumber who quote £120+ off the bat and was very professional.

Whilst the engineer was great and did what was prearranged, the owner is a law unto himself. We needed a CCTV survey carried out for a court case, we have now been told by the defendants solicitors that the owner denied anyone from his company ever attending or even paying! And yes we have emails from them with the invoice and footage attached! Then when asked about it he gets all threatening, abusive and puts the phone down. We made it clear who we were and that we had footage/invoice and proof of payment. Nope still in denial. Clearly likes a bit of coke, as in white powder as classic symptoms. Nice way to treat clients. Personally I would AVOID the company unless that is you need some white powder stuff. Clueless fool

We called Blockage Busters to check for a drain blockage. They said they would need to remove the toilet and assured us it would fit back easily. I was hesitant but agreed based on their assurance. After removing it, they couldn’t reinstall it, blamed the toilet pipe and said they wouldn't fix it since they weren’t plumbers. The toilet, previously fine, was left leaking. I had to pay for a plumber to fix it which required breaking a toilet pipe box in the process. Terrible service—I regret ever contacting them.

Great company to deal with. Answered my call straight away and sent Graham over the next day to clear the drains. Highly recommend.

We had a blocked drain in our garden; it was a nasty mess. We completed an online form; Angelo phoned us immediately and arranged for Graham to come the same day. Graham was cheerful, friendly and supremely efficient; in much less than an hour and with no fuss, the problem was solved and the mess all cleared. A seamless service and real value for money. What else could you ask for?

Angelo and Kealan were certainly our heroes today.
We had an appalling blockage in the waste pipe of one of our toilets.
Angelo is a seasoned professional and skilfully diagnosed the issue( limescale) and set to work to eliminate the problem. He worked tirelessly with steely determination and without complaint.
He is extremely diligent and honest and quoted a fair price for 3 hours solid work.

I had blocked toilet, so I called blockage buster company at out of h time, as I had two children who needed to use toilet- on which the company responded very quick and came early in the morning and sorted out the problem, very Grateful, really thank you so much

Would highly recommend Angelo. We had a slow running external drain we’d been putting up with for some time. It became a bigger job due to the size of the blockage we found and he didn't quit, just kept working flat out on it until it was resolved. Great result and a pleasure to deal with. Price seemed very reasonable for the service provided.

Excellent service. A free call out and quote. Once agreed the blockage was cleared in half an hour. It was a cheaper price than other firms. Would use again and recommend.
