Hello. I have been desperate to find a good pillow which supports my neck as I need to sleep on my back. I found these pillows and was excited to try them out. Becasue they were so expensive, I only bought them because they were guaranteed for 60 days and if unsatisfied I would get a refund. Well, after 2 nights of sleeping on them, my neck hurt and my head was completely unsupported for back sleeping. I inquired about return and I need to ship them back at my own cost to the USA!!! So, I have to pay international shipping of $100 to send them back. Completely crazy and totally unacceptable in my opinion. If they don't have a UK office, they should not sell to those in the UK and should 100% not guarantee them for a full refund.

Very expensive for the minor results of using silk pillowcases. I feel that my satin pillowcases that are much cheaper work just as well

I love their products. A little pricey, but I have enjoyed the pillow cases and eye mask.

I have several of their beautiful silk pillow cases and I also bought one for my granddaughter. They are lovely to use. I recommend Blissy as a good company to buy from.

BUYER BEWARE. I BOUGHT 4 PILLOWCASES FOR 199.88 BY MISTAKE AND RETURNED TWO AND WAS ONLY REIMBURSED 59.98 FOR THE TWO I RETURNED. SO WAS CHARGED 139.90 FOR TWO. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS SITE. THAT WAS A PRETTY COSTLY MISTAKE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS VERY RUDE WHEN i CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE THE RETURN

Very disappointed with their customer service and returns policy.

I emailed the company asking them if I can return the bonnet that I bought as part of their 60 day satisfaction guaranteed policy. After a few emails back and forwards the customer service rep agreed and gave me the return address. I then took a week to reply as I had chemo that week which knocked me out, and by the time I had replied it had been more than 60 days. Since I am in Canada and Blissy does not pay for international return postage, it was going to cost me $40 for the return postage (they only accept very specific courier companies for returns). I wanted to be certain that they would honour the refund if I went to all the trouble of paying $40 to return it, so asked them to confirm they would since we had started the communication within the 60 day timeframe. At that point they stopped replying to me and it's been over a week since my last email to them. It felt like they were doing everything they could to avoid having to fulfill their 60 day customer satisfaction policy, and they conducted the conversation with zero humanity or empathy.

In addition to this, I was asked to write a review on their website, which I did many weeks ago, but it's not showing on their website. I believe they only include reviews if they are for 4 stars or more, which is really unethical.

The only silk pillowcases i buy. Ive tried others and they dont last. Ive had my current set for 2 years.

I adore Blissy products! Highly recommend. Very soft and comfortable.

I purchase 2 sets of Blissy pillow cases. One from Nordstrom and one on the Blissy website. I had them for about 2 years with no issues so far. The pillow cases are so soft and shiny after every wash. I truly recommend them.

Love these pillow cases. My hair and skin are thanking me!

Bought satin pillows from them beautiful quality product washes up lovely cool comfortable to sleep on wake with smooth hair and no crease marks on my face like regular pillows
