Thanks for visiting Trustpilot. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave a review here anymore because the company’s website has closed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I emailed this company to enquire about a recent order and the email came back as non existent. Their main email address literally does not exist.
I have no confidence that I will get my money back for the shorts that I ordered.
They also do not have a returns policy.
They claim to be 'London' based however it is clear by their website language (Dutch) and postage times that they are not what they say they are.
I ordered some clothing from this store 'Blissy London' as I prefer to buy from within the UK if possible. Upon receiving and trying on the items, it was clear they were not of very good quality (very thin & flimsy, also off the standard-sizing so did not fit)
I went to the order email for their retiurns policy, they didn't have one - just an entire page of what turns out to be Dutch, I had to get Google to translate the entire policy so I could see how to return them.
Turns out there is no returns policy, I just have to email info @blissyamsterdam.nl - I did this, and the email was rejected as it is not a valid email address. In other words, it does not exist.
My son looked into this properly (a web builder) and it turns out they just have a Shopify account, with a personal Gmail address - acheampongbenji @gmail.com
Half of their website is still in Dutch, even though they are trying to brand themselves as a 'London' clothing company. Their brand name is literally Blissy London.
Their reviews are in Dutch, theyr entire returns policy is in Dutch, much of the 'my account' page is in Dutch, which makes it diffcult for someone who doesn't speak Dutch to work out what is going on. It is only because of my son managing to use Google to translate the entire policy, that I found the email (that does not work or exist)
All in all, a bit of a nightmare and I have no faith in this business so far. I will update if I receive a reply from the personal Gmail address.
