I want to return goods for my wife she paid £38 for. They told her to re-sell the bras, and the would give her £8 for her trouble. Shocking customer service . I give them no stars

This is a scam company. Item never arrived and they are unable to provide proof or shipping, any tracking info and just reply stock replies that don't even relate to my questions

This company is a scam. I ordered a dress on May 4,2025 .
On May 12, 2025 I received an email the dress was shipped and will take 7 to 12 business days to arrive. I have reached out to this company email. No response.
The tracking number is a dead end link.
The website is no longer available.

Scam. My daughter chose a dress & I ordered it for her prom. I got an email saying it was delivered & it never was. No answer when I tried to contact them - email and phone. Luckily my bank gave my money back, shout out to Barclays. I should have checked reviews but when it came up to pay through the SHOP app I just assumed it was safe - that was probably why I got my money back as they aren't on that app any more/

Company is a scam, I ordered a dress from them on the 4th of April and it took nearly a month to even say it shipped. Not to mention it shipped to the wrong address, THEN when I Emailed (it took 4 emails to get a response) asking for a refund they said they would look into it and get me the refund.... It has been a month I am still spamming emails and they have done nothing. Basically do not even attempt to buy from them they won't get you what you ordered and will just steal your money.

Ordered 3 dresses on April 23rd. Received a tracking number in 14 days, it looked like it was going through customs in Miami after 4 days, but then it went to Jacksonville and says delivered to a front door. That is not my city. I believe they give fake tracking numbers. Do not buy, this company is a scam. I have tried emailing and calling, neither exist though listed on their website.

Ordered my daughters prom dress on May the 4 . Have not received. They are not answering emails .😥😥

If I could give no star I would. I ordered an item on May 9th received a confirmation email like any normal order
After 2 weeks of no update on shipping I sent an email and it bounced back. I tired to go back to the website and it's been down.

Horrible horrible. We placed an order for the dress paid $89. But I have not received the dress. Shipping tracker says it was delivered. But not to my address. Seems like a fraud website. Sent email to the email address it bounces back. Such a terrible service. Looks to be a scam company. Be aware

Tracking information suggested dress delivered… it was not.
First email to company responded to. Then darkness… emails returned, phone disconnected!
What a scam… avoid!

I'm concerned that we've been scammed. The contact page lists a phone number that's out of service and an email address that returns undeliverable messages. We placed an order, and their tracking service indicated that the dress was delivered yesterday. However, we did not receive it. I'm worried our $70 may have gone to fraudsters. We need an alternative plan for our daughter's primary school prom dress.

Ordered dress it’s been 2 weeks so messaged to say where is it? They replied to say it’s been delivered to totally different area address, I’ve gone back to them 4 times now to say that is the wrong address and nobody responding now!

Ordered dress in Feb. May and still no dress. Their system seems to be a fake tracking number and then delivered to wrong address and then no response from customer service. BUYER BEWARE

Awful I bought a dress for prom and now i’m left with nothing. I’ve emailed and called and no one has gotten back to me. It showed it was successfully delivered to the wrong address.

This is a scam don’t ever buy something over there I bought my dress since April 10 and yesterday they said they send it to the wrong address.don’t trust them please God bless y’all
