Discounts on Prescription Medications Are Welcome, But Come With A Catch
I appreciate the ability to buy Miebo at a discounted price through Blink Health. But I'm not at all pleased that as a condition of receiving that discount, patients are prohibited from using their health insurance for future purchases of Miebo during the same calendar year. So while it's tempting to opt for the discounted price to see if one can tolerate Miebo or determine whether or not it's effective, if Miebo is going to continue to be used beyond two or three months, and if one is on Medicare, the discount is no longer cost effective, given the $2,000 annual cap on pre-scription drug costs for Medicare recipients. A much fairer system would be to have the discount in place for a trial period, but then allow patients to use their Part D plans for continuing purchases of Miebo.

Bottle doesn't last 2 months or maybe even 1 as it was suppose to
I've wasted so much of the solution as when I turn the bottle over and not even squeeze it, drops come pouring out.
Half the bottle is gone and it hasn't even been a month.
The results are that my eyes don't feel as dry but still a bit cloudy.

Frustrating and odd customer service. Actual product is great.
The eyedrops themselves are fine, but I did not like the customer service I received. It was one of the strangest conversations I've ever had with another person. There were multiple times I would ask a question, "What does x mean?", when going through the registration process, and instead of actually explaining anything, my customer service rep would just simply repeat word for word the exact same question they just asked me. Yes, I heard you; I'm not deaf. I'm telling you I don't understand and I'm asking you to explain; not repeat the exact same thing you just said. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information. I've never had such a baffling and frustrating customer service experience almost ever in my life. It was not a language barrier issue either, which made it even more odd. The eyedrops themselves are great, luckily.

You get what you pay for. Somehow these not smart people had two prescriptions for me for the same medication (Meibo) and instead of filling one, they canceled both. Also, the process of transferring my prescription from my bricks & mortar pharmacy was extremely painful. Free isn't free.
